POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve been quiet this week. On purpose.

I spent most of it alone. No noise. No distractions. Just uncomfortable reflection.

Anyone who truly knows me knows my heart. I’ll give the people I love the shirt off my back, the last dollar in my pocket, my time, my energy, and if it came down to it, I’d put myself in harm’s way for them without hesitation.

But getting older has forced me to confront something harder:

What happens when you spend your life pouring into everyone else, but never learn how to pour that same love into yourself?

You can be a good man and still abandon yourself.

You can lead. Provide. Protect. Smile. Show up for everybody.

And still be hurting.

If you knew even 1% of my story, there are things you probably wouldn’t believe. I became very good at carrying weight without letting anyone see how heavy it was.

That’s why I believe mental health needs to be trained before the crisis comes.

We train our bodies. We sharpen our skills. Why do we wait until our mind is exhausted before training the most important muscle we have?

Your mind needs reps too.

Self-awareness. Boundaries. Solitude. Faith. Brotherhood. Therapy. Reflection. Discipline.

Especially for leaders.

A lot of men become very good at being Superman. Everyone knows the one with the “S” on his chest. The one who carries the weight and says, “I got it.”

Very few people ever meet the man underneath the suit.

The man beside me is someone I respect because he creates rooms where leaders can put down the title and the armor.

Rooms where strong men can still be human.

This week reminded me:

Protecting your mental health isn’t selfish.
Giving yourself time isn’t selfish.
Choosing yourself sometimes isn’t selfish.
Walking away from what empties you isn’t selfish.

You cannot spend your life saving everybody while slowly losing yourself.

Train your mind now. Not when you break. Not when everything falls apart. Now.

Life isn’t always happening to me. Sometimes it’s happening for me, even when I don’t understand the lesson yet.

God bless the people who love without taking your love for granted.

Stop living for everyone else.

Become someone you are willing to live for, too.

We definitely left the room amplified ⚡️

Such a great night at The Amplified in San Diego, celebrating the launch of Gynergy AI and getting a firsthand look at what they’ve been building.

One of the highlights was seeing the live demo of Gynergy AI and how it can actually work alongside a business in real time. It was exciting to see AI move beyond the usual conversation and into something practical, useful, and built for the way business owners actually work and live.

Huge thank you to @garinheslop and @nicoo_valdezz for having us and for creating such an intentional space to connect, learn, and experience what’s next.

Congrats again on such a successful prelaunch 🥂

There’s something powerful about being in a room full of people who are hungry to grow, build, connect, and genuinely see each other win.

Big shoutout to @thegynergyeffect and my brother Garin. Somehow, you always get a room packed with movers, shakers, creators, entrepreneurs, and straight-up go-getters.

But what makes these events different isn’t just who’s in the room. It’s the environment you create.

Thank you for giving people permission to be vulnerable.
Thank you for creating real community.
Thank you for building a platform where ambitious people can come together, collaborate, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships.

And more than anything, thank you for your heart, bro. You’re a genuinely good human being, and that shows in everything you’re building.

May God continue to bless you, your vision, and every endeavor ahead of you.

Iron sharpens iron. Rooms like this matter. Who you surround yourself with matters.

Until the next one. 🤝

Pressure doesn’t build you. It exposes you.

The gym you skipped. The prayer you rushed. The standard you held when no one was clapping.

Nobody rises to the moment. You fall to the level of your habits. And habits are just what you do when the room is empty and the applause is gone.

So the question isn’t “can I handle pressure?”

The question is “what am I becoming in the quiet?”

Because greatness was never forged in front of the crowd. It’s forged in fire, alone, one unseen rep at a time. 🔥

Want the habits that hold up when nobody’s watching? DM me “FORGED” and I’ll send you the set I use to build a foundation that pressure can’t crack.

The moment my life changed wasn’t when I got more.

It was when I let go.

I let go of the need to control everything.

I let go of the anger, the resentment, and the shame I had been carrying for years.

I let go of trying to be who everyone else wanted me to be.

And for the first time, I started becoming who I knew I was meant to be.

Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t found in holding on tighter. It’s found in surrender.

Every day since then has felt like a bonus day, a gift to be lived fully and intentionally. 🙏

What if faith was never about the results?

I keep coming back to this, how easily following turns into performing. How quietly we start measuring every season by what “worked.”

Christianity isn’t outcome based following.

Maybe the invitation was never to try harder. Maybe it’s to trust deeper. To lead unapologetically without judgement.

Still sitting with this one. 🔥
🔁 Save it if it’s stirring something.

It’s not over until I win.
Read that again. Not “until it gets hard.” Not “until I’m tired.” Not “until it makes sense on paper.”
Until I win.
I wake at 3:30 before anyone’s watching. I run while the city sleeps. Not for the highlight, because that’s where the decision gets made. Every morning I choose it again.
The setback doesn’t get a vote. The silence doesn’t get a vote. The only one who decides when it’s over is me.
And I haven’t won yet.
So it’s not over.

The real flex isn’t what you own.
It’s who you’re helping become better.

Cars fade.
Money comes and goes.
Recognition is temporary.

But the impact you make on another person’s life can last for generations.

If your success only benefits you, it’s incomplete.

Real leadership is using your experiences, lessons, and gifts to help others rise too.

That’s how legacies are built.

Don’t just chase influence.

Create impact.
