The AI wasn’t the best thing in the room.

The people were.

We threw The Amplified to pre-launch Gynergy.ai.

What actually happened was a room full of people telling the truth out loud, early, on purpose. Strangers when the doors opened. Not strangers when they closed.

That’s the part no product can manufacture, and it’s the exact reason we built this one.

The older we get, the more we realize that performance isn’t built through big breakthroughs. It’s built through daily choices.

One thing that stood out in this episode was learning how even a single drink can affect REM sleep, recovery, mood, and next-day performance. For someone who values showing up fully in their work, relationships, and purpose, that’s worth paying attention to.
