A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the opening of @rittijakmuaythaigym 🙏

It was an unforgettable day filled with amazing food, great company, and a beautiful blessing ceremony led by the Monks to welcome good energy into the space.

Here’s to the beginning of a new chapter.

A big thank you to @barberbrickworkltd @arcadiaflooring and to everyone else who helped to set up the gym and make it happen (you know who you are!) - I couldn’t have done it without your support and grateful for you to be my team!
🙏❤️

📸 - thank you so much @del_photos for the beautiful photos 🙏

2nd Comp recap:

No videos to show for it and to be honest not as much to learn. I’m 6 months into the sport properly so still a long way to go but after a 5am start, 3 hour car ride and minimal sleep. Finishing 3rd in a group of strong lifters. I am very happy 🥉

Again I hit 5 out of 6 lifts. This time missing my final jerk but…

Snatch
85/90/95 ✅✅✅
Clean & Jerk
120/128/131 ✅✅❌

New PBs across the board for snatch (+2.5/+10kg comp), C&J (+3kg), total 223kg (+13kg)
