Decent day in the office today! 111/136 with 5/6 lifts made 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

Special thanks to @binjuicew8lifter for putting up with my shit talk for weeks (and helping me get to where I am now I guess 😂)

Another massive thanks to @laurapodstawka and @danbird009 for helping me in the back room. Dan is the unsung hero of @woolwichweightlifting - always comes to our comps and offers support 💪🏽

Finally, thanks to @fitperformance for putting on a great comp. We’ll defo be back for sure 👌🏽

Muay Thai demonstration at the Amazing Thailand Festival with the Rittijak Muay Thai family 🇹🇭

It was really fun to have the opportunity to showcase something that is a part of Thai culture (alongside fighters who are much better than me) and to see so many people enjoying the performances!

Come train with us at @rittijakmuaythaigym

Train hard, eat enough, recover well. Repeat more times than anyone else is willing to. Simple(?)

Birthdays in your 30’s are WAY more fun! 😏🎂

The lack of decent photos of everyone probably means that we were too busy having fun 😌

Thanks to everyone who made it special, love you all ♥️ taken in Birthday Boy by @thehitmanpan
