Today was one of those eye opening sessions that remind me of the importance of having a safe space to express some of my deepest concerns, but also be able to find solutions to unique life problems.

I’m grateful to have been in therapy at different points of my life for the last five years, related to a series of different life transitions. Of course at some point you have to get out and live, but when life got heavy — I’ve always found my way back.

If you or someone you know is in need of a therapist, counselor or coach, I may not be the person for you, but I just might have someone within my network that could assist you. It’s important to shop around with this sort of thing to understand what works for you. If you’d like to learn more, shoot over a DM and we can talk. Until then, be well!

What a remarkable summer at Philly’s first rooftop Yoga series and still to this day the only outdoor workout series created for the community

No one has ever been turned away because of cost, age, level of experience - and that truly says a lot about the community that we’ve built over the last nine years of Rooftop Yoga at Cira Green
