hatemgoucha is a liar and manipulator and unwelcome ‘’executive coach’’ in the UAE. His book is not available anymore here and he is known as a sleaze and for harassment. More and more women know. No one - no one - should get any coaching from him. He hurts women and uses his position of power to harm them……these pics were on a boat during the war when everyone was staying home…..it only shows his sleaze but not how he works when no one is looking. There is no protection from BAD BAD coaches in the UAE…Please please reject him from your board of governance for your event in March. He does not know how to govern himself as you can see. He is not a good ambassador for Tunisia 🇹🇳

How does it feel to build something with no assurance?

Eight months of building a startup in Dubai, in public. Thirteen names on the founding list in May. A no from Strava. A launch date that kept moving.

Training taught me this first. Nobody promises you the result. You do the reps and you find out later.

Sunday on YouTube: the day the plan changed, and we kept the date.

We can build an app, just can’t form a sentence 😅

Ever get tired of accessing one app after the other just to track your overall health? Well @thehumance might just be the answer to that. Founded by long time friends-turned-business partners Gab Dacasin ( @gochugup ) and Lorenzo Agravante ( @lorenzoagravante_ ). Humance built an app for athletes that brings daily training, protocols, live session logging, community and so much more with the people you train with into one seamless mobile application.

Progress isn’t built in a single push.

It’s built in the early starts.
The steady effort.
The people beside you who make you want to go further.
And the belief that every turn of the wheel adds up.

What we’re building goes beyond cycling. It’s a commitment to keep moving forward.

Humance. For the long game.

It’s not about how far you go today.

It’s about showing up again tomorrow.
Putting in the work.
Finding people who push you forward.
And knowing that every mile counts.

Because this was never just about one ride.

We’re in it for the long game.

Balance? Doesn’t really exist right now. 😅 Building Humance has been non-stop, struggles with personal life but in the middle of the chaos, I found my way back to cycling. It’s been the perfect escape and gave me a massive second wind for what @lorenzoagravante_ and I are creating.

I went through my running era last year, wrapping it up with my first marathon finish as a bull runner which is still the current most difficult challenge i’ve done. Now, I’m literally starting from scratch all over again on the bike.

I’m officially committed to challenging myself for my first 200km attempt on December, and to prove how much we believe in our product, I’m relying 100% on Humance cycling protocols to get me there.

Also, if I’m being entirely honest... Cycling is mostly just an excuse to eat a lot more pastries to pair with my love for espressos ☕️🥐

We’re in it for the long game 🟢

Built for the long game. Partnered with @thehumance on this one because the work doesn’t stop when the sun does.

For the long game.
