MASS DISTRIBUTION OF FLOWERS HERE 💐 These last few weeks with @katrinachiovon @ovonoagency @ovonomedia Art Exhibitions at @cannavita_dispensary have been truly phenomenal. Thank you for all the hang time in your space where so many of us are welcomed in to express ourselves. 🚨 MAJOR Shoutout to the following #nycartists featured at Cannavita: @take.ame.jazz @mgeyesart @dara_dara_dara__ @neighborhoodlum @sierragomezart @ian_actual @ladytitanunlimited @deviant_workshop @thehumanray (original photos from page- featured on 9/18 &9/25) @w.n.romney (original photo from page- featured on 9/25) @tanibburwell (original portrait from profile story) It means so much to make time for myself to be surrounded by fellow creatives. It fills my cup in a very crucial way - and transparently, content is not always my goal, and I have my gripes with social media these days - but at it's core, it is a genuine opportunity to support and promote others while keep memories for myself, all in one. I want to take that time now and hold onto that. I also didn't get photos of everyone, so I wanna give special thanks to @katiemariefrank , @starsscatter , @rob.theartist , @wegameculture , @thegirlypopx & @joeyslaya for their time, company, and art talk with me over the separate events. And there are still more amazing and unique individuals that I know I'm missing, so hope to see you again soon 🙏🏼 my season will be blowing me elsewhere for a while, as it has a habit of doing, but what a ride I have had 🖤 #artistsoninstagram #showcasearchive #mixedmediaart #nuyoricanartist

I absolutely loved hearing about the stories behind the stories at the graphically speaking artist talk this past Saturday at Atlantic Gallery! It was a great crowd and I got to meet a lot of other artists and learn about artistic insights. Super happy to have been part of this show! 🎤 #indiecomics #comicart #artisttalk #galleryhop #chelseagallery

Graphically Speaking: The Art of Comic Storytelling is now on at Atlantic Gallery, and the bear rugs are very excited! Curated by Mike Marts and Steve Rotterdam, this exhibition has works from 31 artists. I’m showing original 3D paper collages of bear rugs running amok, and levitating sleepers; and pages done with red and blue markers depicting the Emergency Room as a circus—all from my books about experiencing brain injury. Thank you so much @atlanticgallerynyc @theneonbulletin @mikejmarts and Steve Rotterdam. Can’t wait to see works by @gerarddalbon @thehumanray @eric_hagan_art @luthier_man @solmoonpress @mindyindy_art @edanurkuntman amo.illustration @ryan_montoya_art @autumnthemorg @cres_chron_ @opelaezart @ryanoxner @kyleroseartdesign @bartoonist and more! 🖼️Atlantic Gallery 📍 548 West 28th St, Suite 540, New York (Landmark Arts Building, Chelsea) 📆 June 23 - July 11, 2026 ⏰ Tues—Sat, 12:00 pm—6:00pm 🎉 Opening Reception: Thursday, June 25, 6–8 PM #comics #comicsart #graphiclit #graphicmedicine

From lye drop to demolding! Homesteading chemistry is fun! Simple acid (fats) - base (lye) reaction to neutralize and make hydroxyl salts (soap). I would have liked Chem class more if we had done things like this!
