Spend day one at Eudēmonia @eudemoniasummit with me! 👑✨

From exploring Eudēmonia venue and dancing the night away at the welcome toga party, day one was absolutely EVERYTHING!

I attended by myself, and one of the things I fell in love with almost immediately was how welcoming everyone was. The energy, the people, the conversations, the friendships, and the opportunity to connect with so many people who are passionate about wellness made this experience so special.

If you’re thinking about coming alone, PLEASE COME! I promise you will meet incredible people, and if you need a friend, you’ve already got one in me! 💕

And if you’re still looking to get tickets, you can use my code ProduceQueen100 for $100 OFF! 🎟️

Please feel free to message me beforehand if you have any questions, want some tips, or just need a friend to get excited with! Whether you’re coming for the wellness, the speakers, the community, or the unforgettable parties, there is truly something for everyone.

Going to Eudēmonia @eudemoniasummit for the first time?! 👑✨ As someone who went last year and completely fell in love with the entire experience, I put together a few tips and tricks to help you make the most of it!

One of my favorite things about Eudēmonia is that you can truly show up as your most authentic self. Wear the outfit, make the schedule, go to the nighttime events, and PLEASE dress up for the iconic welcome toga party! 🏛️

And prepare to casually run into some of your biggest heroes walking around the event. Which is either incredibly exciting or slightly terrifying depending on how that interaction goes LOL.

But seriously, this is so much more than a wellness conference. It’s an opportunity to connect with incredible people, learn, have fun, and surround yourself with people who are just as passionate about living well as you are.

And if you’re coming alone, PLEASE come find me! Whether you need a friend, someone to explore with, or just another girl to stand next to in your ridiculously overdressed outfit, I GOT YOU. Because you already know I’ll be bringing LEVEL 100 Produce Queen energy. 😂👑🍉

🎟️ Use code ProduceQueen100 for money OFF your ticket!

✨ One experience. So many stories.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve taken you inside The Immersive — sharing the people, the brands, the conversations, and the moments that made this experience so special.

But this final chapter is a little different. This time, I’m stepping in front of the camera to close the story myself. 🎤

For me, wellness has always been about more than fitness. It’s about movement, connection, community, and the experiences that remind us how powerful it is to simply be present.

Thank you to everyone who opened their doors, shared their story, and allowed Health is Wealth Magazine to capture a piece of this experience.

This closes our Immersive chapter… but definitely not the journey. ✨

Until the next experience. 🤍

What actually happens inside The Immersiv? ✨

This time, I sat down with Alexandra Borbolla from AEON to go beyond the experience and discover the different modalities behind it.

From light-based meditation and immersive sound, to red light therapy, therapeutic oils and sensory practices designed to support relaxation and a deeper connection with the body. 🧠✨

Alexandra walks us through the space and explains how these different tools come together to create an experience for the senses, the mind and the body.

What I love most is that wellness here isn’t just something you talk about — it’s something you experience.

From New York to Bali. 🌎✨

During The Immersive in NYC, I had the opportunity to sit down with Pavel Aeon, founder of @upperaeon, and talk about his vision behind creating experiences designed to reset the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

What started as a conversation about his journey through Asia is now unfolding in Bali. 🇮🇩

On September 13, AEON brings the System Reset Experience to Bali — combining meditation, breathwork, movement, conscious dance and immersive wellness experiences designed to reconnect you with yourself.

I love seeing how wellness continues to evolve beyond the traditional — becoming an experience, a community and a way to connect. ✨

🎥 An exclusive conversation with Pavel Aeon for Health is Wealth Magazine.

Next stop: Bali. 🌴✨

As leaders, we carry a lot.
Our businesses.
Our teams.
Our families.
Our communities.
We show up for everyone else.
This weekend is about learning how to show up for yourself.
Because the better regulated, healthier, and more present you are...
The better you’ll be for the people counting on you.

What if longevity started from the ground up? 👣✨

At The IMMERSIV, Health is Wealth Magazine sat down with the team behind Vivobarefoot to explore something we often overlook when talking about wellness and longevity: our feet.

The way we stand, walk and move creates the foundation for everything above — our balance, posture, mobility and the way our body moves through life.

Vivobarefoot is challenging traditional footwear by giving our feet more freedom to move naturally, build strength and reconnect with the ground beneath us. 🌿

Because longevity isn’t only about what we eat, how we recover or how we train.

Sometimes, it starts with the way we take our next step. 👣

A full day dedicated to exploring what it means to live well — not just longer. Healthspan > Lifespan 🧬

From movement, breath and nervous system regulation to recovery, longevity technology, and meaningful conversations, the @fosteringlongevity Immersiv Activation was a reminder that wellbeing is never just one thing.

For me, longevity is about staying curious, experiencing different modalities, and learning what actually helps us feel more present, resilient and alive - To each our own unique experience without any expectation or prior judgment.

Thank you @hayleybfoster for having me at your beautiful event. So grateful to experience this community and all the thoughtful work that went into bringing it together. Thank you for showing me that wherever we are in the world, community is one of the most powerful parts of wellbeing. Different cultures may have different rituals, but connection, belonging and shared experiences are universal.
