Performing Floyd’s Susannah in the beautiful state of Tennessee was a dream come true. I am so grateful for the school for giving me the experience to perform so many times and in giving me opportunities I never thought I would ever do. Thank you @thejdmartin for being the best scenes partner. Having this be my last performance of my master’s at this university, I am truly grateful for the friends, teachers, and experiences.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for doing my recital last semester with my professor @maryboehlkewilson and my phenomenal accompanist Alex Benford. Had so much fun singing in 5 languages and cycles that I really enjoyed (especially the cycle about cowboys now living in Tennessee 🤠). Thankful for all my friends who came out to enjoy this experience with me💙

To say this year was a wild ride is an understatement. Extremely grateful for going out of my comfort zone singing excerpts from Messiah, participating in a Stravinsky opera, doing my Master’s recital, singing one of my dream roles on a big stage, partly managing/singing a Christmas Cantata, doing an aria showcase with all my peers, going to Mexico to embrace my roots for a month, hiking in Arkansas, seeing snow for the first time in forever and so much more! Couldn’t be more happy with all the friends I made, the things I’ve learned, the challenges I’ve faced, and finding the light at the end of the tunnel. Cheers to 2025! 🎇🥂🎉

Peace out Chess. It’s been a crazy ride! Walter really required me to stretch my acting and vocal capabilities in a way I’ve not been challenged before. Endless love to this cast, crew, and creative team. Thanks @susanberkompas @hannahjeansimmons @gabixval @sarahgrandpre and Scott Cokely for all of your incredible hard work! Until next time. Thank you to everyone who supported me and this show!

And just like that, Chess is over! It's crazy how 4 weeks of rehearsal and 11 shows can fly by and what feels like an instant. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone involved in this production, especially @susanberkompas . I'm glad I bothered you the night of callbacks 😅 keep an eye out for the highlight reel!! #idontlikewomenandidonttakedope #piouswaffle

What an INCREDIBLE group of people to be marooned on a theatrical island with.

The show was a lot- but pushed me in directions I really needed. Celebrated our uniqueness.

Thank you to @susanberkompas @sarahgrandpre @hannahjeansimmons @gabixval and Scott Cokely for helping to shape us into something so fun.

Additional awesome peeps @jxliaflores @kenberrryy
I'll take these songs, laughs and Lucas the cheerleader with me wherever I go! ❤️❤️CHESS!!!!!
