Day 3 of @blkgirlsshoot

Our Business Summit was EVERYTHING.

We talked profitable systems, MONEY, marketing, email, and what it really takes to build a sustainable creative business.

But more than anything, it was the ROOM. Black women photographers coming from all over to learn, connect, and pour into each other.

The impact is hard to even put into words. I’m just grateful I get to create spaces like this. 🥹

And we’re only getting bigger from here.

A day in the life with me - @thematclubatl edition Be Well Experience 💕
Today was absolutely amazing! All classes were sponsored by @gregoryblevettandsons so the experience was FREE to all of our attendees 😆
I know y’all are probably thinking wait that’s the funeral home but listen hear me out. They want you to “Be Well” and when it’s time to transition yes they want to take care of you & I know the care they give firsthand because they cremated my mom 💔

Ok back to the event! We had 4 b2b Mat Pilates classes & the Pilates Babes & Bros got that work 💪🏽

Relationship capital is a different kind of wealth 💰

Some of the most valuable things I’ve gained didn’t come from a transaction… they came from sitting at a table, having a real conversation, exchanging ideas, pouring into one another and genuinely building community.

No hidden agenda or asking “What can you do for me?”… just good people, good energy and genuine connection.

Because the right relationships can introduce you to opportunities, perspectives, rooms and experiences that money alone could NEVER buy.

I’ll choose genuine connection over forced networking EVERY SINGLE TIME 🔥

And moments like this remind me that sometimes the biggest blessing isn’t what’s on the table… it’s who you’re sitting at the table with. I’m so grateful for my COMMUNITY 🫶🏽
