Not every win is measured in reps, speed, or strength.
Sometimes, it’s finding the motivation to keep moving. Giving yourself permission to rest and recover. Or finding a Team where you can show up exactly as you are.

In the House, the biggest muscle we train is our mindset 🧠

Strength isn’t just measured by what you can lift on the Turf, it’s also how you take care of your mind. 🧠

This World Mental Health Day, remember that true strength is mental as much as it is physical. It takes courage to speak up, give yourself grace, and ask for support when the weight feels heavy. You’re never alone in this fight. Take time to check in on your mind, check in on your Teammates, and know that this community will always have your back on and off the Turf.

Drop a 💚 in the comments to show your support, or tag an Athlete who needs this reminder today.
