3 Things to Help Blood Sugar Control with Dr. Sharlini, ND & a furry sidekick:

1. Chromium picolinate- this form helps to improve sugar metabolism and helps with diabetes. It’s found in some prenatals
2. Protein- the key to prevent the ups and downs in sugar fluctuations is to balance out all meals and snacks with protein sources, ie. if you’re having fruit pair it with some nut butter
3. Cinnamon- 1/2 tsp a day increases insulin sensitivity, I prefer to use Ceylon cinnamon in pregnancy with oatmeal or snacks

Dipped donuts 🍩

@ladiperie is now at @toronto_po offering so many great treats including these donuts!

You can get regular sized donuts, or mini donuts, and choose a dip from a variety of options and top them off with their great selection of toppings

I chose a dark chocolate dip with chocolate sprinkles, cheesecake dip with hazelnuts, and Oreo dip with Oreo bits for the mini donuts 🤤

Take a break from shopping and get yourself a sweet treat!

Treats by @_quarantreats 🍪

Ordered these mini cheesecakes, cookies and brownies from @_quarantreats and everything was fresh and rich in flavour

Loved how the cheesecake base was around the side of the cheesecake as well, instead of only at the bottom. Who also loves munching on the graham cracker base?

You can choose from different flavours of cookies, any option won’t disappoint!

The packaging was flawless making it perfect for gifts! Check out their page and DM them to place an order!

Friday night dinner.......... Beef Wellington!
Beef wellington - creamed mash potato - grilled asparagus - beef & mushroom jus.

I seared my beef in a rosemary butter and brushed with @colmansuk mustard, served with chestnut mushrooms cooked in white wine.

Who would smash this for dinner? —————————————————————————

Finally saw the new Star Wars land yesterday and felt like a kid again riding coasters and taking pictures with these wonderful people. Didn’t know Disney with friends in my 30’s could be so fun. #nevergrowup #Disney #starwars #joy 💕🙌🏾🎉
