POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

OMG! These last few days have been filled with fun, fashion, positive feminine energy, and I have loved every minute of it!

I made a decision to say YES to every opportunity that came my way. Even if that meant hopping on a plane to Miami for the day just to spend time with The Confidence Coach, @thequeenofconfidence And let me tell you, I am SO glad I did!

Here’s what I’ve learned. Sometimes life puts you in a place where you don’t exactly know which way is up. Things aren’t going the way you thought they would, you’re trying to figure out your next move, and quite frankly, you have no idea what’s coming next. This was me. Heck, this still is me!!! But my advice to you is…

SAY YES ANYWAY!

I know society, especially social media these days, is constantly telling us to say no. Protect your peace. Stay in your bubble. Turn down anything that doesn’t fit perfectly into your plans.

And listen, I believe in boundaries. But I also believe in LIVING!

God gave us this beautiful life to do beautiful things. And sometimes the very opportunity you’re hesitant to accept is the one that puts you exactly where you need to be.

That’s what happened to me in Louisiana, which also happened to me in Miami.

I walked into Positioned. Paid. Published not fully knowing what to expect. And wouldn’t you know it? That room was EXACTLY where I needed to be. Every conversation, every connection, every lesson. It felt like it was all for me!

I absolutely LOVED my experience, and I am so grateful to Erika for bringing such an amazing group of women together. The energy, the encouragement, the genuine connections! I truly believe some lifelong friendships were made over these past few days.

And the best part? I have no idea exactly what the future holds. For once, I’m perfectly fine with that. I’m excited to find out!

So take it from me. Say yes to the invitation. Say yes to the opportunity. Say yes to the room you’ve never been in before. Even when you’re still figuring things out.

You never know what God has waiting for you on the other side of YES! ❤️

Every founder in the room already knew her business cold. The work was saying it clearly.
🎤
I taught Master Your Message to a group of female founders this week. The pattern is one I see often. Someone can talk for an hour about what she has built and then she’s asked “…so what do you do” on a panel, a podcast or in a pitch and it comes out as a list of services.
🎤
Clear messaging is a skill and a learnable one! We worked on the five step framework I use and then practiced… Out loud.
🎤
Because messaging isn’t done until you can say it to another person. Your potential clients can’t choose you if they can’t tell what you do take the time to get it right. Thank you to every founder showed up and said it out loud.
👏
Where does this show up in your business right now?

Miami’s greatest competitive advantage goes beyond its strategic location. It’s the people, connections, and global mindset that make this ecosystem thrive. 🌎

Last week, I joined the Austin Chamber’s panel on Tech, Innovation, and Venture Capital alongside @melmedina305 and @therodmiller, moderated by @jscanlon1, to explore Miami’s growth as a global innovation hub and the opportunities shaping its entrepreneurial ecosystem.

At @endeavormiami, we believe thriving ecosystems are built through collaboration, access to talent, and a community that opens doors for others. Grateful for the conversation and excited to keep building a Miami where extraordinary founders can scale and multiply their impact!

A strong idea gets attention.

A strong argument earns credibility. 💡

Miami International Week is designed to push MBA students beyond the idea itself and into the decisions behind it.

What would you prioritise? What would you change? What can you actually defend?

Because professional judgment becomes visible when someone starts asking why.

Can you defend your thinking? 🎯

Being a woman in Miami tech?
Beaucoup chic. ❤️‍🔥

Another fab happy hour meeting some of the baddest bosses in town.

I can’t help but love being in a room full of smart, ambitious women making things happen.

This is what leadership looks like: creating spaces where people connect, ideas move, and opportunities happen.

Big props to Maria from @womeninmiamitech for hosting such a great networking night. 💥

Lovely hangouts with @superama__ at @thelabmiami
