1st individual competition since 2016 @crossfitgames Super Regionals (I think that’s what they called them back then).

It was so cool! And so wildly different. This time I’m a mom! And my son was there waiting as I crossed the finish line each time. I was reminded how cool the camaraderie, especially for us ladies who have been doing this for as long as us this weekend.

I was technically coaching an athlete too! Great job @jim.mello 2nd place 55+

Thank you @newenglandmasterschampionship for having me. It was a great event, so well run. Thank you for everyone who came out to support from the @monumentfitnesscharlestown family. You are the best.
