POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

390 days.

That’s how long I’ve been paying attention. Tracking what I eat. Noticing what I reach for, and why. Sitting with the triggers that used to send me to food or a drink instead of running from them.

Not white-knuckling it… Rather- Slowing down.

Getting quiet. Opening my Bible every single day. Grounding back into my body instead of fighting it. Learning to be in right relationship with Rest, peace, and ease. Things I used to think I had to earn.

Here’s the truth:: When I look in the mirror, my first thought is still, “Nothing’s changing.”

Then I check the numbers. 4️⃣5️⃣
45 pounds released and maintained over the last year.

▶️The mirror lies. The pattern doesn’t.

This is a miracle. <<seriously>> I could not have done this without God. His timing.
His slow, steady process. Slow enough that I actually healed this time.
Off the roller coaster. Done with the yo-yo.

THIS—- is my new way of living.
Consistent and disciplined. 🤍🤍
Not because I have to. Because I love it. Because it serves me. Because it honors God.

And this is why I lead the way I do.
Not because I’m perfect. Because I’m doing the work.

I know what it takes to deal with the stuff that comes up when you start healing. The people who don’t respect your new boundaries (invisible lines drawn).
Your new NO!
The thoughts in your head that refuse to acknowledge how far you’ve come.

I do my own work so I can see yours clearly.

That’s what makes me The Strategic Disruptor. And that’s why I love being a life coach. 🔥

So let me ask you:
Where are you telling yourself “nothing’s changing” when the evidence says otherwise?
Tell me below!!

🤍Shout out to Hot Hubs @aaron.w333 for being my biggest cheerleader @ best workout partner.
🤍To @elizabethmolineifbbpro for your love and patience teaching me how to meet my body where it is and still lift heavy weights & @mirandalynn._ for teaching me so much about food, nutrition, and meal prep.
🤍my gym fam at @activevirtueathl @hestonswallow for believing in my slow transformation
🤍 so many others as well.

✨ IGNITE LIVE ✨ one day event a few weeks ago was illuminating, inspiring, fruitful, challenging, and worth the investment! That is exactly how I feel about being part of @ignite.sisterhood @theclaritycollab - REAL transformation happens when we invest in ourselves and when we do the work in community. Kingdom ripples are happening all over and it’s an honor to witness and be part of God’s big story, through the obedience and courage of @christinejeanwelch 💛 Getting to reunite with so many of my sisters and mentors in person was my favorite part. We see one another on screen but hugs and laughter in the flesh is 1000% times better.

The theme this year was “HAVE THE AUDACITY TO BUILD A LIFE YOU LOVE” clearing the time and space to process the gaps between where we currently are & who we want to be next year…. We acknowledged fears and lies holding us back, noticed patterns and old versions of ourselves no longer aligned, and practiced confession out loud which breaks the chains of bondage and sets us FREE!

My declarations from what I took away are the following:

🔹 I am the woman who lets God do His miraculous work in the gap instead of trying to fill in the gaps for Him. I am leaving behind my obsession with making it all make logistical sense.
🔹 I say no with ease to things and people and thoughts and lies that are not aligned
🔹 I carry peaceful energy that exudes and permeates every room I walk into
🔹 I hold space for people and embrace curiosity over judgment
🔹 I don’t take responsibility for making others okay with where I am headed and who I am becoming
🔹 I don’t feel my way into action; I act my way into feelings
🔹 I speak words and entertain thoughts that are in agreement with GODs words
🔹 I have the audacity to practice JOYFUL RELEASE!

We were never meant to build alone. Even Jesus didn’t do ministry solo. He called 12! He led the IN community and He is the head of THE CHURCH! So many called, gifted Christian creatives are out there white-knuckling their way to a business God designed to be built shoulder-to-shoulder, free from fear, comparison, and scarcity. Relationships are the currency of the kingdom. That’s why I am SO grateful for @faith2influence and the CCA Community 🥳

3 full days rooted in worship and prayer, packed with world-class coaching, keynote speakers, strategy, networking, performance, and teachings. I came away from CCA feeling ignited to commit to pursuing my unique kingdom impact calling at a peaceful pace, w/ integrity, and authenticity; equipped w/ the confidence & resources to do business and sales in a God-honoring way, efficiently and effective way! ✝️

🤎 THE FINISHED LOAF - FRESH MILLED ARTISAN SOURDOUGH 🍞

Success - and a great learning loaf : Turned out quite dense, rose decently (but not as much as I would prefer) , and finished with a pretty tough crust. (Difficult to slice) I may bake for less time when I try again, I also may experiment with the ratios of starter as I would have liked more rise. I love this earthy and grainy texture. It’s different than traditional sourdough and definitely an acquired taste.

Did people tell you to be quiet?
Not to speak your truth — so you learned to lie instead.
To shrink back. Avoid conflict. Silence yourself to keep the peace for everyone but you.
I dare you to have the audacity.
To know yourself.
To have boundaries — and enforce them.
To tell your story. To tell the truth.
To stop waiting for permission from someone who never had the authority to give it in the first place.
To unravel the beliefs keeping you stuck in a story that isn’t true anymore.
To stop playing small. Stop blaming the past. Stop comparing yourself to a woman on the internet.
To get clear on what you actually believe — and live it out loud, even when it makes people uncomfortable.

Have the AUDACITY to:
🔥 Protect your peace
🔥 Speak the truth
🔥 Put up boundaries
🔥 Outgrow the version of you everyone else got comfortable with
Your gifts don’t matter if you don’t have the audacity to stand behind them.
God isn’t asking you to be safe. He’s asking you to be obedient.

🍂🩵You were never meant to heal alone.

Some of the most profound moments at Retreat didn’t happen during a workshop.

They happened over coffee. On a couch.
Walking outside. Sharing a meal.
Laughing until our stomachs hurt.
Crying because someone finally understood.

For so many women, life becomes a cycle of performing, producing, leading, caregiving, and carrying.

We become the strong one. The dependable one. The woman everyone else leans on.

👏🏼 And somewhere along the way, we lose access to ourselves.

What I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is this:

Healing happens in safe spaces. 🩵
Transformation happens in community.
And rest becomes easier when you’re surrounded by women who give you permission to exhale.

At RESTORE: the Rest experience, women arrive as strangers and leave feeling seen, known, understood, and supported.

No masks or pressure. Zero competition.
No pretending.

Just real women creating space to slow down, hear God’s voice, reconnect with themselves, and remember who they are beneath all the responsibilities.

Because sometimes the most healing thing in the world is sitting in a room full of women and realizing:

✨ Me too.
✨ You’re not crazy.
✨ You’re not failing.
✨ You’re not alone.

If your soul feels tired… If you’ve been carrying more than anyone knows…
If you’re craving space to breathe, reflect, rest, and reconnect…

RESTORE was created for you.

🍂 RESTORE: The Rest Experience 2026
A retreat for women who are ready to stop surviving and start receiving all that God freely offers when we slow down long enough to connect into His rhythm of rest. .

Comment RESTORE below and I’ll send you the details.

Rest feels …WRONG???
I get it, but… it shouldn’t.
God created rest on purpose to offer us space to breath, time with Him, and true refreshment. Join us for RESTORE: the Rest experience ,,,, a women’s retreat built for the modern woman who feels guilty or lazy whenever she dies down to ‘rest’.
