It’s officially spooky season! 👻 I’m a bat & witchy! 🦇🎃 what are you going to be?!

This is especially my time of the year & one where it’s important for me to educate you all on how safe, wonderful, loving, and good black cats are. 🖤 Everyone in the Western world likes to think of us as bad luck, with sub populations of the community even regarding us as evil and unworthy of a home. 💔 But that is far from the truth!

I, along with other black cats, provide so much love & beautiful spirit to those I/we love so deeply. Some even say we have the same loyalty & protection (if not, more 😉) of a dog.

So, I ask all of you to not believe in the misconceptions & myths about me and my fellow black cats. Please open your hearts to loving us because we are so loving & deserving of the same affections we put out. 🖤

HAVE A SAFE SPOOKY SZN AND PLS BE SURE TO PROTECT YOUR FELLOW BLACK CATS; whether it’s the stray in your neighborhood or the last cat up for adoption. We matter!!

When you get invited to go backpacking in the Southern Rocky Mountains, you don’t say no cause you didn’t bring any hiking boots on the trip..

This one was about a 3900 elevation gain through Yerba Canyon to Lobo Peak ⛰️

Hi everyone! It’s me, Salem. 😸 While my mom was in Europe a month back, I stayed back at my grandparent’s house in Texas. However, I missed my mama so much 😿 after what felt like forever, she is now back! I’ve been cuddling with her, bringing her toys, and kneading her ever since! I know my mama loves me so much and I love her. It may have felt like a long time but I know I’ll be with her - no matter where either of us are at, together or far, - for an eternity. 🖤

what an honor it is to have so many beautiful people in my life. I pray that I can live a long and prosperous life where I can continue sharing memories like these. what a privilege it is to have traveled, to have lived in another country on another continent.
