You gotta have FAITH 💪🏽 We’ve been taught to look outside ourselves for every answer. Another expert. Another supplement. Another protocol. Another person to tell us we’re okay. But what if part of getting well is learning to listen again? Listen to your body. Take good care of it. Remove interference. Give it what it needs. And then… TRUST!! Trust the design. Trust the process. Trust the power God placed within you. The power that MADE the body HEALS the body. We were never promised a life without challenges—but I believe we were created far more powerful, resilient and capable than fear would have us believe. Do your part. Some projects are about more than replacing a roof - they’re about bringing a vision to life💡🌈 Our latest commercial project is for Lighthouse Chiropractic, where Dr. Devin Vrana set out to transform her newly renovated A-frame building. Her goals were clear: improve the building’s insulation and finish it with a beautiful, long-lasting metal roof that complements the space she’s created. The only thing standing in our way? Kansas weather🌦️ With an estimated four-day installation, we’ve been watching the forecast and waiting for the perfect stretch of dry days - a challenge lately, to say the least. This week, the skies finally cooperated, and our crew got to work. We can’t wait to reveal the finished transformation. “I speak Baby.” 🤍 This week someone asked me, “What are you feeling… what are you doing… when you adjust a baby?” It’s hard to put into words—but I’ll try. I listen. Not just with my ears… but with my hands, my presence, my heart. I feel patterns. Tension. Restriction. Pain. Little places where the body is holding on. I take in their story— pregnancy, birth, those first days and weeks of life— and I let their body tell me the rest. A cry. A grunt. A subtle shift. Babies don’t speak in words… but they are constantly communicating. And I’m listening: 👉 Where can we release resistance 👉 Where can we create more space and ease 👉 Where can we restore connection Because an adjustment isn’t about force— it’s about allowing more light, more life, more communication to flow between the brain and body. So that this little one can rest… regulate… and thrive exactly as God Divinely designed. ✨ - I remember the sleepless nights and the painful cries that my first born made. I remember feeling like the worst mother on the planet! Story time. Wichita Window Art started with a spark. And that spark happened right here in Wichita at Lighthouse Chiropractic. It was one of those tiny, quiet little “hmmm… I could do that” thoughts. The kind you almost ignore. Except I didn’t. I picked up a brush. I put paint on glass. & somehow that small moment turned into this big, colorful, joy filled business that now gets to touch all kinds of spaces around our city. So standing inside their brand new permanent home on opening day? Whew. Full circle doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’ve splashed paint across their windows before. But this time felt different. This time I got to touch something deeper. The foundation. Inside the building, there was a hand painted ivy border from when it used to be a church. Dr. Devin asked me to bring a little Lighthouse energy into it. Which basically means more color. More life. More bold, happy, vibrant goodness. If you know Lighthouse, you know they don’t do dull. They do healing with heart. They do energy. They do warmth. And getting to layer my creativity into the bones of their new space feels like such an honor. It feels like growth. It feels like trust. It feels like a reminder that sometimes the smallest sparks turn into the brightest things. Their brand new location is set to open today in West Wichita and I am genuinely so proud of them. Go hug them. Go say hello. Go let them take care of you. I trust my babies and myself in Dr. Devin’s hands without a second thought, and I am so grateful to call her both my provider and my friend.
