I’m so overwhelmed by my experiences yesterday that I don’t know where to begin to share them but here’s this event for a start! I took a train to Penn station to meet another friend but she wasn’t gonna be here for another few minutes.

I was came upstairs and this sweet girl is standing right in front of me. She doesn’t hesitate to come up to me that very moment and tell me that I looked cute and just the sweetest affirmations 🥹

Guess what, she turned out to be a faith based creator too! And we ended up chatting. Like look how closely God monitors every single detail! I just love love love serving such a good good Father❤️

Just got back from the @blackchristianinfluencers conference ✈️ …

I pulled up not as an influencer, but as a bridge-builder—curious about how church leaders and emerging voices can actually connect. There’s so much happening beyond the pulpit, and it’s time for pastors to lean in and learn!

I left with some solid insights (and new connections!) that I’m excited to bring into my work—especially as I help pastors think through how to develop, collaborate with, and empower younger leaders.

I’ve prayed a lot of prayers in private.
This one felt too tender to share at first…
But eventually, I realized: I wasn’t just writing a list.
I was writing from a healed place. A hopeful place. A place that finally believed—
“I’m not asking for too much. I’m asking for what’s aligned.”

This post isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being honest—with God, and with myself.

This weekend was unforgettable at the @preachprettypreachpower retreat. We acknowledged the rejection we’ve faced and we transitioned into a place of emergence! God definitely healed and set us free! “Rejection is favor!” I can’t wait until next year!!!
