On the 2nd day of the Opti Orange high performance clinic, the intensity soared as the sailors battled it out in the challenging gusty off shore conditions that saw gusts up to 25 knots!

The fleet demonstrated their prowess by strategically capitalising on the wind conditions with precise sail trim and physical fitness with the long hours out at sea.

As the day concluded, hear from the top 3 sailors who emerged as frontrunners on how they tackled their races! 💪🏼
