Last week, we slowed down long enough to notice more, focus and reset. 🌿 I'm looking forward to discovering what tomorrow's Art of Nature Wellbeing Walk has in store for us. ✨ #ArtOfNature #CreativeWellbeing #MindfulMoments #Nottinghamshire #ᴛʀᴜsᴛᴛʜᴇᴘʀᴏᴄᴇss

You left corporate. You shouldn’t have lost all of this. 👆 Remember when you had access to an Employee Assistance Programme, private GP appointments, counselling, and expert talks... just because you were on a payroll? Yeah. Then you went self-employed and all of that disappeared overnight. That’s exactly why the AV Well Hub exists. We give women who run their own businesses access to the corporate-level shiz you used to take for granted: 🩺 Online GP appointments 🧠 Counselling access 📚 A huge library of resources 🎤 Expert talks from professionals who’d cost you a fortune to book independently All subsidised. All in one place. All built for women like you. Because going solo with your career shouldn’t mean going without when it comes to your wellbeing. These are just some of the incredible experts our members have had access to — for a fraction of what you’d normally pay, because we are a collective. 👆 Here’s a small preview of what’s already in the hub. 🔗 Link in bio to join the AV Well Hub

In the words of Britney guys, oops, I did it again 😩 In the last few years I always end up coming on here apologising for being absent but I am starting to realise I don’t need to. When things get hectic, something has to give and some plates can’t be dropped. So my social media presence drops off a cliff! As we enter the final day of the year, I just want to say thankyou. To my communities who come on my walks and swims, to my clients for trusting me with ads budgets and putting their marketing in my hands, to my wonderful @beingfreelance mates for always giving the best advice and being the colleagues I never knew I needed. This year has been one of adventure and bravery 💜 I’ve ventured to new events, which has spawned new ideas for my business (Network & Dip was a direct result of the sea dip at Creator Day!) 🙌 I’ve left long standing clients to reposition my business which has allowed for me to take on more ads work. 👏🏻I’ve joined forces with Lucy and Julia which has allowed me to take on bigger clients. 🩱I’ve leaned into my hobbies as networking opportunities, allowing me to inject fun into my working days and meet lots of new faces. 🎤I’ve run MY FIRST EVENT! The feedback was beyond anything I could have imagined and I raised lots for charity in the process. 👩🏻‍💻I’ve run my first in-person course. Master Meta Ads went so well and it’s give way to my biggest goal for 2026, to launch an online version! 💜I’ve also done lots of things away from work. I’ve embraced rest more. I’ve read more books. Ive been to some amazing gigs. I’ve tried new things. Painting by numbers and junk journaling have entered my world as new obsessions! ✈️After an 11 year hiatus, I’ve been abroad! This was a biggie and Copenhagen was the perfect place to go! And I’ve run two half marathons in my pre-marathon training. In April, I said I was going to manifest myself a London Marathon place, and I bloody did it! As I enter my 16 week training block, please wish me all the luck in world. I am going to need it! I hope you all have lovely new years eves, and whether you’ve had a good year or a bad one, let’s say goodbye to 2025 and wish for a great 2026 💜

Wow wow wow 🙄🥹❤️ Today was Wild Social LIVE and I have had the best day! I was a nervous wreck first thing but after kicking off with a netwalk in the autumn sunshine, and getting my first talk out of the way, I soon settled into it. We learned some fabulous PR media coverage tips from @sarahwriteswords, about why imposter phenomenon is just like halloween from @Leilaainge, some very scary facts about the effect on the environment from the Internet from @makehay_greenhosting, and did some epic collaging after a grounding meditation from @livehappy_coach and my heart just feels SO BLOODY FULL! A huge thankyou to all of my attendees who have helped me raise an incredible £442 towards my marathon fundraising total. Huge thanks also to my wonderful speakers, @homemadecafe for providing the space, @six_figure_niche for gifting every attendee with a copy of her wonderful book, and @untold.creative @what_zona_does and @gedlingcolonics for paying forward tickets. Now I guess the question is, shall we do it again in spring? 👀
