A very special installation this morning as we celebrate 20 years of BeActive!

20 years of movement, countless milestones and an incredible community of women who have made it all possible.

Our windows have had a birthday makeover, and we couldn’t love them more! A little reminder of just how far we’ve come, and how much there is to celebrate.

@nostra.kitchen has taken a little piece of my heart and soul to put out. Nothing has ever felt so personal to me in a very long time. I grew up in a family of chefs and food was the way we celebrated, commiserated, connected and came together. NOSTRA literally means “ours”. Undeniably this is some of the best food I’ve ever eaten thanks to @dane_hewson for being the stupidly talented human he is behind this silly idea that started over a late night kitchen table and as few too many glasses of wine. Food is memories and places and people. It’s the glue in our social fabric and such an important part of who we are. We are excited to launch this idea of food and family with you all. Tickets to the NOSTRA x LULIE pop up can be found via the link in my bio. I can’t wait to share what we’ve created with the people we love and watch you share it with the ones that mean the most to you.

Simplifying your 2024! Forever surfboard makers (including myself) have priced custom boards by a complex system based on size ranges, mainly due to the available blanks. I’ve decided to change all that and do a simple “Surfboard by the foot” - each 12 inches costs from $165. Easy peasy. Prices end up roughly as they have been, some even being a little cheaper, some a touch more but working out a quote will be so much easier. Price is for a clear matte finish board, tints, inlays, sprays etc will be extra. What do you think?
