You cannot quantum leap into a new life while still carrying the energy of the old one. 🌕✨

This Friday, I’m opening a FREE Full Moon Eclipse Kundalini Yoga class for my entire community, and we are going to use this powerful eclipse energy to release, realign, and get clear on what we are stepping into next.

This is the final eclipse of the year, happening with a Full Moon in Pisces.

Pisces energy invites us inward.

To surrender.

To listen.

To trust our intuition.

To release what we have outgrown.

And with the Sun in Virgo, there is also this beautiful invitation to bring everything back into alignment.

Mind.
Body.
Spirit.

This is a powerful time to ask yourself:

What am I ready to let go of?

What no longer feels aligned with the person I am becoming?

What patterns, beliefs, habits, relationships, or versions of myself am I ready to eclipse out of my life?

And what am I ready to create space for?

During this class, we are going to use Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement, and intention to shift our energy, raise our vibration, reconnect with ourselves, reconnect with God, and get clear on the life we truly want to live.

This is about moving out of old energy.

Coming back into alignment.

And stepping into your highest timeline.

You didn’t just complete a fast. You proved to yourself how powerful you really are. 🌙✨

Congratulations to all of our July LunaFasters. 🤍

It has been so beautiful to witness this container of transformation and to see so many of you lose inches, release weight, reset your bodies, and most importantly, reconnect with your own power.

There is something incredibly empowering about choosing to fast intentionally and realizing, I can do hard things. I can take care of myself. I can create change in my body and in my life.

And to all of the moms who were caring for your children, preparing meals for your families, managing your homes and your lives, while fasting at the same time, I truly salute you. 🙏

I honor the courage it takes to prioritize your own healing and wellbeing amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Thank you for trusting LunaFast, trusting the process, and allowing me to be part of your journey.

I am so grateful for every single one of you.

Congratulations, July LunaFasters. You did it. 🌙🤍✨

Why fast during eclipse season? 🌙✨

We are currently moving between two eclipses, the solar eclipse on August 12 and the Full Moon lunar eclipse on August 27 and 28.

Eclipse season has traditionally been seen as a powerful time to go inward, release, reset, pray, and become clear about what we’re ready to leave behind.

And that’s why fasting feels so aligned right now.

When we fast, we intentionally simplify. We step away from constant consumption and stimulation and create space to listen more deeply to the body, the heart, and the spirit.

This isn’t about saying the eclipse itself magically detoxes your body.

It’s about using this powerful celestial transition as a container for cleansing, reflection, prayer, renewal, and transformation.

We’re asking:

✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What no longer belongs in my life?
✨ What am I being called toward?
✨ Who do I want to become in this next chapter?

That’s the intention behind this LunaFast.

We’re not just cleansing the body.

We’re creating space for something new. 🌕🤍

If you’re ready to fast with us through the upcoming lunar eclipse and prepare your body, mind, and spirit for this powerful time, comment LUNAFAST below and I’ll send you everything you need to join us and get started. 🌙✨

🌕✨ Registration is now open for the final community LunaFast of the year ✨🌕

This LunaFast is going to be a very special one.

We’ll begin fasting together during the energy of the Full Moon + Lunar Eclipse a beautiful time to clear, release, reset, and get intentional about what we’re calling into our lives. 🌙

Fasting can be such a powerful practice for creating space.

When we quiet the noise and empty the vessel, we give ourselves the opportunity to reconnect with:

✨ Our body
✨ Our intuition
✨ Our intentions
✨ Our prayers
✨ The Divine

This eclipse energy can be used as a moment to pause and ask:

🌿 What am I ready to release?
🌿 What am I ready to call in?
🌿 What do I want to create over the next six months?
🌿 Who am I becoming?

The clearer we become, the more intentional we can be with where we’re placing our energy. 💫

And this LunaFast is especially meaningful because…

🥹 This will be my last community LunaFast of the year.

Our summer series has been absolutely beautiful, and I’m so grateful for every person who has fasted, healed, released, prayed, and transformed alongside us. 🤍

If you’ve been watching…

If you’ve been curious…

If you’ve been feeling the pull but haven’t joined yet…

🌙 This is your invitation.

✨ The results no one talks about…

What really happens when you learn how to fast intelligently — and give your body the space it needs to reset?

I sat down with my beautiful friend and LunaFast assistant, Glow, who has completed two LunaFasts consecutively, to have a real conversation about what she experienced along the way. 🌙

We went beyond weight loss and talked about the changes she noticed in her body, her energy, her relationship with food, and the unexpected shifts that can happen when you begin working WITH your body instead of against it.

This is what LunaFast is really about. ✨

Not deprivation.
Not punishment.
Not simply eating less.

It’s about learning how to fast intelligently, reconnect with your body, and understand what it may be trying to tell you. 💛
