Al-Quwwa. Strength.🤍🧿🙌🏻

Strength is not the absence of storms. It is who you are when you cannot control them.

I have sat in boardrooms where the decision was out of my hands. I have faced setbacks no strategy could have prevented. And every time, the real power was never in the event. It was in the response.

You cannot command the outcome, the market, or the people around you. You can command your mind.

The moment you stop reacting to what happens and start choosing how you meet it, something shifts. You become steady. Clear. Impossible to shake.

That is not luck. It is a discipline you practice daily.

“You have power over your mind, not outside events.” Marcus Aurelius

Think with purpose.

Twenty four weeks ago, @fari_zolf and @lucydem wanted to share some inspiring tips that were helping them through a very challenging time and along with @bilalspace and @yourstoryquest the first edition of FOUNDERS FUEL was born

Every week we asked other founders within the community to share practical tips, inspirations and motivations that FUEL them through the week

Little did we know that word spread and founders from outside of our community wanted to contribute

The secret to a successful collaboration is the alignment of everyone involved and for that we thank EVERY founder who contributed to this carousel collab. Thank you to every founder who shared your tips for the last six months to keep each other motivated, focused and reassured that we arent in this alone!

Share your business IG account in the comment section and we will share the love right back!

What if one of the most useful negotiation principles is actually something you already know from faith?
ADL — Acknowledge. Detach. Lead with fairness.
Acknowledge their position before pushing back.
Detach your ego from needing to “win.”
Lead with fairness, even when you could get away with less.
Because justice doesn’t only belong in personal relationships. It belongs in the boardroom too.
Do you think faith should influence the way we negotiate and do business?
I’d genuinely love to hear your perspective — agree or disagree?

The hardest person you’ll ever have to lead is yourself.
Before managing a team, managing a business, or influencing a room, you have to learn how to manage your own reactions, emotions, and composure.
People don’t just follow your strategy. They feel your energy.
What’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself through leadership? Share it below.

Pressure doesn't always mean you're being punished. Sometimes you're being shaped.
We ask, “Why me?”
Maybe the better question is, “What is this preparing me for?”
Growth rarely feels comfortable while it's happening.

Doing what’s right isn’t always the easiest choice.
Especially when speaking up could make things uncomfortable, or when the person in front of you has more power, seniority, or influence.
But ʿadl reminds us that justice isn’t about being aggressive. It’s about having the courage to stand firm without becoming unjust ourselves.
Sometimes, doing the right thing simply means refusing to let the wrong thing go unchallenged.
What do you choose?

Sometimes the biggest lessons come from the moments you wish you had someone to guide you through.
Building without a roadmap can be challenging, but every setback can become part of what makes you a better leader.

Before the world holds you accountable, learn to hold yourself accountable.
Muhasabah is the quiet conversation you have with yourself at the end of the day.
Not to punish yourself, but to become better tomorrow. 🤍

Sometimes talent isn't missing.Opportunity is
There are so many capable people who simply haven't been given the chance to prove themselves yet.
The right opportunity can change the entire direction of someone's life.

Success isn't just about what people achieve.
It's about understanding the person behind the achievement.
The best relationships, teams, and businesses are built when you see people for more than what they can produce.
