The Society of Professional Women kicked off 2026 with our first Trademark event at The Desmond Hotel Malvern: Meet Them Where They Are: Unlocking the Power of B.R.A.V.E. Leadership.

Vibha Agrawal, Executive Director of SPW, welcomed attendees and shared the initiatives shaping SPW in 2026, rooted in connection, growth, and leadership development.
We also highlighted SPW’s commitment to giving back as Lisa Harmon, Comcast Business, presented a $1,000 grant to featured nonprofit Devereux.
Tania Sherrill, Firstrust Bank, introduced Meghan Pierce, CEO, The Forum of Executive Women, who shared key findings from the 2025 Women in Leadership Report and challenged leaders to move from awareness to action.
Michele Burkholder, 1847Financial, introduced our keynote speaker, Jen Croneberger, Founder & Chief Inspiration Officer of The Human Leadership Institute.

Jen delivered a powerful keynote on B.R.A.V.E. leadership-Belonging, Resilience, Authenticity, Vulnerability, and Empathy, sharing that:

- True belonging is different from simply conforming. It’s actually the opposite of fitting in because it’s about showing up as who you are and still feeling seen.
- Resilience isn’t just something we’re born with — it’s shaped by how we interpret and navigate challenges - “There are no bad days, just bad moments.”
- Authentic leadership begins with deep self-awareness.
- When leaders are willing to be vulnerable and open, it gives others permission to bring their whole selves forward.
- And in today’s environment, empathy isn’t optional — it’s foundational. It remains one of the most essential leadership skills today. 👏

A big thank you to our sponsors. We couldn’t do this without your support!

Next: Ms. Joyce Abbott, namesake of Abbott Elementary, author, educator, and U.S. Army veteran, & Celeste Warren, Founder of Celeste Warren Consulting LLC, will join us for our Women’s History Month Fireside Chat: Lessons from the Classroom of the Real Ms. Abbott!

We were excited to welcome another group of students, this time from Upper Darby High School, to our Closets by Design Warehouse and Design Center as part of @themainlinechamber Talent and Education Network JEDI Program. These students had the opportunity to see firsthand how our team collaborates across design, manufacturing, and installation to create custom storage solutions!

The JEDI Program connects students with local businesses to help them explore career paths, build professional skills, and gain meaningful, real-world experience. We are proud to be a part of that mission!

Thank you to the students and program leaders for spending time with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope the visit sparked new ideas for the future.

Our team had a great time sponsoring The Main Line Chamber of Commerce's Red Carpet Dinner this past Wednesday! We enjoyed an engaging interview with Christopher Franklin, Chairman & CEO of Essential Utilities. It was a wonderful night filled with good food, cocktails, and live music from Brian Fitzy on the electric violin. A perfect chance to reconnect with friends and colleagues in the business community! 🥂✨

A packed room, powerful stories, and a reminder of the impact one voice can have.

We had the opportunity to capture @spwmainline’s Women’s History Month event, featuring @therealmsabbott—the real-life inspiration behind @abbottelemabc—in conversation with @crwdiversity.

From leadership and resilience to staying true to your values, this was one of those events you could feel in the room.

Here’s a quick look at the night. 🎥

Dr. Shannan a great time yesterday at the @themainlinechamber ‘s Society of Professional women’s event. @sheinelle_o was an inspiration to learn from and Bernard Dagenais did a great job of interviewing her. I’m grateful to be a part of this chamber!

SPW is proud to be a Main Line Today partner and sponsor of Power Women! It was a great morning of connection with friends, sponsors, past and future speakers, and our region’s women leaders. 💫

An inspiring fireside chat with Tracy Davidson of NBC10 Philadelphia and Sherry Phillips of Forbes Media — discussing navigating career choices, learning from failure, and choosing wisely, followed by recognition of Main Line Today’s 2025 Power Women, who personify that you can have it all, just not all at the same time. Power comes from leaning into self-worth and the ability to pivot through different phases of life. The honorees reflected on how they’ve navigated challenges and obstacles by staying grounded, taking stock, taking one step forward, and then one more, and leaning on the support of friends and family. SPW congratulates all the honorees - we’re so proud of all the women leaders powering our region.

Special congratulations to Tracy Davidson on her incredible career at NBC 10! We are thrilled to welcome her as a keynote speaker at our 2026 October SPW event, where she’ll share insights shaped by her resilience, leadership, faith, and focus. Tracy received special recognition for her contributions as she embarks on an exciting new journey as a public speaker. So excited to have her join us for SPW next year!

A truly uplifting and empowering day! ✨

Grateful to attend the Government Affairs Breakfast hosted by @themainlinechamber and to have the opportunity to meet Pennsylvania House Speaker @joanna_mcclinton.

It was an honor to hear from Speaker McClinton, connect with local leaders, and continue learning about public service, leadership, and civic engagement. Thank you to Bernie Dagenais and The Main Line Chamber of Commerce for the invitation and for creating spaces where young people can be part of important conversations.

Looking forward to continuing to learn, grow, and serve.
