Becoming a better athlete is about more than just the game. It’s about discovering who I am, growing as a young person, and learning to navigate both the highs and the lows along the way.
The journey isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. It takes discipline, consistency, sacrifice, and a willingness to push through the difficult days. With my coach, @themarcelovila, in my corner, and surrounded by professional athletes who challenge me to be better every day, I’m constantly reminded that success doesn’t come easy.
If it were easy, everyone would make it. 💯⚽
I’m embracing the process, trusting the journey, and continuing to work toward becoming not only the best athlete I can be, but also the best version of myself. The work continues. 💪 I WILL HANG MY JERSEY ON THAT WALL @ymperformance_

The YMPH class is built to help young athletes become faster, more explosive, and more confident in the way they move.

We focus on proper running technique, speed mechanics, and the small details that make a big difference in athletic development. Athletes receive elite-level coaching while training with many of the same tools and equipment used at the highest levels of sports.

Build speed. Build confidence.
