One of the highlights of my visit to Tampa was seeing my amazing homegirl @themargofrancois in action 🤩 The panel discussion was remarkable and inspiring. I left with a new set of intentions with how I choose to show up outside of my military uniform, a new journal, and a sample of @creedfragrance. Emma, I LOVE that you did this. 🙌 You didn’t just prepare yourself you thought about your classmates and helped THEM prepare too.

Another stop, another room full of future beauty professionals we got to pour into🤎

This time, the @fromchairtoboss School Tour brought us to @tricociuniversity in Bridgeview — and once again, we left reminded of exactly why these visits matter.

Alongside the @saloncentric team, @themargofrancois , @sylvie_beee , @mireya_villarreal_ and @christopheraaronstudio , we got to have real conversations with students about what comes next, the opportunities, the different paths, the pivots, and the possibilities they may not even know are waiting for them yet.

Because beauty school is only the beginning.

Our hope with every stop is that these students walk away believing a little more in themselves, dreaming a little bigger, and knowing there is an entire industry and community ready to welcome them into what’s next🤍

Bridgeview, thank you for letting us spend this time with you. We hope this isn’t the last time we see these faces. 🥹

Our visit to @tricociuniversity in Highland, Indiana was such a special day. ❤️🙌

We were joined by the @saloncentric team, @themargofrancois & @sylvie_beee , along @mireya_villarreal_ & our incredible MC @christopheraaronstudio , as we poured into the future beauty professionals at Tricoci Highland, Indiana.

We talked about their dreams, their careers, and how many different paths are possible in this industry. We also shared what’s coming to @fromchairtoboss LIVE on September 28.

This school tour is about showing up, building confidence, and helping the next generation see more for their future.
