POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve been told my videos are missed… so here’s another quick & dirty one!

A little shout-out to my dear coach friends Maria Cussell, Mary Grant, and Ola Lagunju - watch it to see why.

Over the past 24 hours, I’ve had spacious, soulful 1-2-1 catch-ups with each of them. Not about deadlines or deliverables - just connection. The kind that feeds dreams, sparks creativity, and reminds us all what really matters.

As someone who’s spent over two decades coaching, mentoring, and teaching leaders & coaches, I can tell you: these three are a gift to be around - and great people to know.

✅ So, where do you need to make space for the kind of connection that nourishes you?

Watch the video 👇🏾 and let it stir something.

🌟 Introducing Mary Grant: An Entrepreneurial Trailblazer, Designer, Coach, and Author 🌟

This week, I’m thrilled to spotlight Mary Grant, an extraordinary woman whose career spans over three decades of empowering others. From creating timeless fashion collections to coaching female entrepreneurs and penning three bestselling books, Mary’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.

👗 From Fashion to Coaching: Mary began her career in fashion, designing capsule collections that celebrated women through effortless style. Today, she focuses on helping female entrepreneurs unlock their potential, achieve new levels of success, and make a bigger impact in the world.

💡 A Defining Moment: At just 21, Mary envisioned a future where she could build her own business while being present for her family. That passion to create, combined with a vision for balance, became the foundation of her career.

👩‍👧‍👦 Family First: A pivotal moment came when Mary, a single mother of three, chose family over an international business opportunity. This decision reshaped her path, and she’s never looked back.

✨ Coaching Superpowers: Mary’s coaching philosophy is built on helping women embrace their superpowers. Using tools like a mirror to reflect unseen strengths and a flashlight to explore untapped potential, she empowers clients to soar higher than they ever imagined.

📸 Behind the Lens with Jill O’Meara: Mary recently experienced a branding photoshoot with Jill and reflected, “Being in front of the camera is challenging, but Jill’s warm energy made it effortless. The photos are now my go-to for everything. If you’re in business, a session with her is a must!”

🚀 What’s Next? Mary is diving deeper into coaching and inspiring entrepreneurs through her latest bestseller, The Magnetic Female Entrepreneur. Retirement isn’t on her radar—she’s just getting started!

This is your sign to bring your (otherwise healthy) parents on a hike.

Steps:

1. Pick an appropriately sized hill/mountain/trail with a defined path so they don’t freak out
2. Positive reinforcement (if you think you’re doing enough, do more)
3. Actually be a decent hiker yourself so you don’t make silly decisions
4. Water, good snacks & appropriate shoes.
5. Honed in sales skills 😂 sell the shit out of that mountain, even when you’re finished it.
6. Safety first- always be prepared to stop, turn around or get help if needed 😊

I forgot to show off my @marygrantstudio Swan skirt which she inspired me to style differently, thanks to her 'Monday Challenge'.

I loved pairing with my white linen shirt this week. Will see what the Swan skirt chooses to spend next Monday with!

Recently I visited the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, CO with a few of my biz besties. It was so fun “lifting” this rock.
1st: We did it together. Made it so much more fun.
2nd: We believed we could, so we did.
3rd: What looks easy isn’t always so. Obviously, we weren’t lifting the rock...we just made it look like we did. Just because you see others doing all.the.things doesn’t mean it’s easy.
