Brad Cochrane joined Obvious Real Estate this month, and it’s been a game-changer. He came in with experience, but being part of this group has taken things to another level. The culture, the collaboration, and the people have been a breath of fresh air. It’s not just about real estate—it’s about surrounding yourself with like-minded people who make work fun and push you to grow. For Brad, this has been everything. If you’re looking for that kind of environment, we should talk. Shoot us a message and see what Obvious Real Estate is all about!

You may not believe me because you’ve probably heard it’s over and over again in your past only to be let down with the sobering reality of false promises, but I’m going to say it anyways… The culture we have here at Obvious Real Estate - eXp Realty is SPECIAL. ✨ Today, I sat down with 2 agents that have plenty of experience in this industry and are having success lately, but they are simply feeling alone, wanting to be around energy and looking for something meaningful. I’m happy to say that over the next week or two they will both be joining our collective. 🙌 When I asked them “why join us?” the answers were the same: “The culture and leadership is exactly what I’m looking for.” See, there is a palpable energy of love, hard work and passion that fills the office here at Obvious Real Estate and as soon as they felt that - they knew they were home. Our culture isn’t for everyone but for the people it is for - it’s something you truly feel like you’ve been searching for forever. If you feel alone out there and are searching for something more fulfilling and to create lifelong relationships with like-minded business partners and friends - reach out. #TheDifferenceIsObvious 👉As far as the 4 photos in this post - this was one of the more meaningful moments in my life. Some of my core agents rallying around me on the final night of the TMT brand I built over the last 13+ years expressing to me how much being apart of that brand has meant to them and they feel sad it’s going away but so excited for what the future holds for us all together. Yes…there were many tears on the ride home. But not tears of sadness…tears of gratefulness for the love and blessings all around me. ❤️ Love you boys.

This vintage 90’s throwback, with its laid-back, overall chill vibes and the infectious energy of owner Dusty, makes it impossible not to fall in love with this place. His vibrant personality is the perfect match for the cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes Cosmic Coffee feel like home. Dusty’s always had a knack for alliteration, and this passion for playfulness led to the creation of Cosmic Coffee. After days of creative brainstorming, this dream came to life with a name as unique and exciting as the community it serves. At the heart of Cosmic Coffee is a deep love for the neighborhood, and it’s been embraced with open arms by locals and newcomers alike. Dusty’s vision was simple but powerful: bring a coffee and food spot to a community that desperately needed one, while following his lifelong passion for good vibes and even better brews! But Dusty’s journey doesn’t stop there—he’s actively making an impact in the community and has BIG plans to expand his mouth watering menu and host even more exciting local events. Stay tuned for updates—you won’t want to miss what’s coming next! Oh, and a little insider tip: if you’re looking for the best menu item, you have to try the CBR Boss Burrito. Trust us, they’re so delicious, they sell out fast—so get there early, or risk waiting till tomorrow! So what are you waiting for? Make sure you swing by Cosmic Coffee right here in North East Minneapolis and experience it for yourself. #getbusyliving
