REINTRODUCING MYSELF
I got into real estate before I could legally buy a drink. No money, no connections, no polished plan. Just belief, drive, and more doubt than I wanted to admit.

I’ve sat in empty open houses wondering if this would ever work. Battled through slow seasons, financial pressure, and the mental weight of building something bigger than myself before I even knew who I was. But I kept showing up.

I learned how to lead myself before I ever led anyone else. I learned to build momentum when no one was clapping. And eventually, that turned into traction. Now I get to mentor other agents. I’ve built a business I believe in. I’ve stepped into leadership. I’ve become a top producer not because I had it all figured out, but because I refused to stop learning.

But here’s the truth: I couldn’t have done this alone.

Being on the right team changed everything. I’m endlessly grateful for Tyler Miller, Kaela Kullman, and the entire Obvious Real Estate crew. You’ve helped shape not just my career, but who I am as a person. This isn’t just a company—it’s a culture.

And to Brady Holland and Nate Johnston—building The Prestige Network with you two has been one of the most meaningful parts of this journey. What we’re building isn’t just a network. It’s a movement. And we’re just getting started.

Looking ahead, I want to help more agents break through ceilings. I want to scale with intention. I want to build systems that create freedom, not just transactions. And I want to keep growing—mentally, physically, financially—without losing what matters most.

Also, it still blows my mind that I have a full-time photographer and videographer capturing my day-to-day. Huge shoutout to @mk.fliccs for telling the story right and raising the bar every week.

If you’re new here, I’m Max.
I’m 22, trying to keep up with a life that’s exciting, overwhelming, and surreal all at once. I used to stay up at night hoping things would finally start moving. Now they are, and half the time I’m just trying to keep pace. But it’s the kind of stress I’m grateful for because it means the things I wanted are actually becoming real.

A year ago today I told Ella, “I will work so hard to be able to live a life that’s free and adventurous for the both of us.”
At the time it felt like a dream I was trying to speak into existence. This year I’ve been able to travel, work from wherever I want, and actually spend real time with the people I care about. Watching that promise turn into my reality means a lot to me.

If you know me, you know my favorite song is Burn, Burn, Burn. It’s my favorite because it reminds me that life moves fast and you don’t get these moments back. It hits different when you’re living a life you used to only talk about.

Most days I’m juggling work, relationships, the future I’m trying to build, and the version of myself I’m trying to grow into. Some days I’m locked in. Some days I’m overwhelmed. Some days I’m doing my best with what I have. If you’re in your early twenties feeling that mix of ambition and confusion, trust me, I get it.

People don’t talk about it enough. We’re all trying to build careers, figure out our path, show up for our people, and learn who we’re becoming while acting like we’ve got it under control. None of us do. We’re all learning in real time.

I got licensed at the end of high school, closed a bunch of homes, built a network that keeps growing, and somehow ended up living parts of the life I used to imagine. I’m not special. I just kept showing up.

If you’re around my age and piecing all of this together too, trust me, I understand where you’re at.

To the 834 new people since January, I appreciate you being here. Let’s keep figuring this out together.

Closing on your first home is something you will never forget.

Over 12 months ago, these guys called me up saying they wanted to buy a house. We had some hurdles to get over. But, they had me :)

Getting this one closed was amazing.

This was a family I’ve worked with now TWICE. Talk about having a good experience! They are by far some of my favorite people to work with considering they are extremely respectful, professional, and fun! During this time, there were 4 other units in this development listed. These two just closed on their first home in Monti, and it was such a learning experience for everyone.
