TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR REFRESH. 🦋

And if you’ve been watching from the sidelines…
If you’ve been curious…
If something in your heart has gotten a little excited every time you’ve seen me share about Refresh…

Please don’t ignore that stirring.

I believe with everything in me that God is going to meet us in a powerful way September 24–27.

This isn’t just a weekend away.
It’s a space to step out of the noise, hear God clearly, and realign with the woman He is calling you to become.

We’re going to release what no longer belongs in this season.
Heal what has been holding us back.
Realign what has gotten out of order.
And leave ready to walk differently.🌊

The woman who arrives on Thursday will not be the same woman who leaves on Sunday.

You’ll leave lighter. Clearer. Stronger. More aligned with God, your purpose, and your priorities.🙏

Because when you get better, every area of your life gets better—the way you lead, love, parent, serve, work, and show up for what matters most.

Maybe you’ve been waiting for one more nudge.
This is it. 🦋

Registration closes TODAY.

Don’t watch from the sidelines and wish you had been in the room.

Come experience Refresh.
Come expectant.
Come ready for God to do something new.

Destination: Transformation. 🦋

Some conversations don’t just inspire you… they invite you to think differently.

Today, Lisa and I talked about why some of our greatest breakthroughs happen when we intentionally step away to spend time with God instead of pushing harder.

We unpacked the mindset that often keeps high-achieving women from fully stepping into God’s best—and the truth He wants us to replace it with.

We also had an honest conversation about why community isn’t just a nice addition to leadership… it’s essential. Because no woman was meant to carry the weight of leadership, business, ministry, or family alone.

I loved Lisa’s answer to the last question…
“The woman who comes to Refresh will leave happy she made the investment…this is like food for your soul where you soul can catch up to your body”.

If you missed the conversation, I hope you’ll take time to watch the replay. I truly believe there’s wisdom in this conversation that can shift the way you lead, think, and walk into your next season.

I’d love to hear from those of you who watched…

✨ What was your biggest takeaway?

There is something powerful that happens when you intentionally step away from the noise and make room for God.

I’ve watched it happen year after year.

Women arrive carrying the weight of leadership, family, responsibilities, and expectations. They come tired, distracted, and longing for clarity. Then over the course of a few days, something begins to shift.

God renews their perspective.
He reminds them who they are.
He reignites dreams that had been buried beneath the busyness of life.

That is why testimonials like this mean so much to me.

My prayer isn’t that you simply enjoy a beautiful weekend away. It’s that you leave refreshed and reignited—with greater peace, renewed vision, and a fresh fire to walk confidently in the calling God has placed on your life.

If you’ve been sensing that it’s time to step away, be poured into, and create space to hear God’s voice again, I’d love to invite you to join us.

I truly believe He has something waiting for you here. 🤍🦋

THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO SLOW DOWN
I refuse to hurry through the things I used to pray for 🙏🏽

That looks like lingering in conversation with my incredible husband
Holding his hand in the car instead of holding my phone
Reading one more book to my son or Staying on the floor for one more puzzle
Letting morning cuddles win
Slowly sipping and savoring my coffee before my daily duties begin ☕️
Spending time giving God thanks and waiting in His glorious presence ✨
Lingering at mealtime with toes tucked under the table 🍽️

Unhurried , on-purpose is where the best of this life awaits
It’s how I get to actually enjoy living the life I prayed for - fully present
If you’re tired of rushing through your blessings, stay here. This space is for YOU🤍

Real talk …

If you’re wondering if setting goals this year will really make a difference and it’s even worth prioritizing to sit down and do it this year… you’re not lacking motivation.
You’re just tired of doing it alone—and tired of goals that don’t match the life you actually want.

This year doesn’t need more pressure.
It needs clarity, intention, and community.

On Dec 30th, I’m hosting a free Intentional Goal Setting Workshop where we’ll slow down, reflect, and map out the next year in a way that honors your faith, family, and calling.
