POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thank you @voyagelamag x @jillaugusto x @jill_augusto_photography for helping me share my story.

All that I will ever know is that trusting the process and taking aligned action will take you to the exact places and spaces you need to be. 💫

It’s been 1 year since I started my coaching business.

I’m grateful, I’m locked in, I’m ready for expansion.

The passion is now met with balance, the certifications are met with real life practice, the ideas are met with curiosity and less perfection.

Thank you to every single one of you for helping me along the way.☺️ 🙏💫

(P.S. I have so many more ideas that are coming to life, I cannot wait to share them with you 🥹)

I know I can’t be the only one.

If I don’t do Breathwork before a soundbath my monkey mind will find a Bay Area dirty south collab to have as the soundtrack for the remainder of the session.

You gotta down regulate first to feel safe enough to receive the vibrational healing honey.

This is a dream week after a massive month of joy and celebration.

Speaking on stages, leading with curiosity.
Regulating Nervous systems.
Releasing emotional baggage for pups 🐶.

It’s been wild behind the scenes but I’m grateful to be exactly where I am in this MOment in time. The alignment is real and I am fully present. 💝

@themiddlebranch and I wanted to create a different way to network in the music business.

A MOment to pause, recharge, steady the mind, build trust with your heart and your body.

The industry is filled with networking opps that create even more chaos inside people that are already in survival mode…
Alcohol
Loud music
Valet
Superficial conversation

This is our way to show that it can be different and even more effective.

Thank you @jill_augusto_photography @jillaugusto for the beautiful images.

Thank you @iwannabeekate @thrivestudiola for the beautiful space.

Thank you @sumsumleee @mannytoro @austinb26 @chey.chaves @mckenziehollis for the beautiful energy.

Are you down for the next round?💫

The music industry taught us how to grind.

Now we’re creating space for it to exhale.

17 years after meeting at Warner Bros., Eric and I are bringing breathwork + sound baths to the community that raised us.

Full circle.

ABC News has spotlighted the incredible work our team is doing to support our community during the devastating LA wildfires.

🔥 Reality Center has become a distribution hub and ground zero for relief efforts, working tirelessly to help families who’ve lost their homes, as well as the brave firefighters and police officers on the front lines.

From providing essential supplies to coordinating volunteer efforts, we are standing united in the face of this tragedy. Every action—big or small—makes a difference, and we’re grateful to be a part of this resilient community.

🙏 A huge thank you to our team, volunteers, and everyone who has donated to make this possible. Together, we are stronger. Let’s keep showing up for each other. 💪
