My week at a glance… taken in New York by @themiddlebranch

My offerings don’t stop at sound meditations but leaning into the education around meditation and self care at the corporate level is a passion of mine.

Whether I’m giving an hour presentation at your company that includes a sound bath or just teaching a class at UCLA pushing forward mental health it’s customized for you!

Stress is what caused me to leave the music business and now teaching about stress management has brought me back. Giving back to the music industry is an honor and privilege as I consult and bring people together.

Life lately… by @themiddlebranch

I’ve spent the past ten years building from the ground up. It’s been a remarkable journey being able to give back and provide support whether it’s in group sessions or one on one work.

Thanks to @evolvebyjs I’ve been able to support her retreats and have found myself meeting life changing healers in Mexico all the way to saving lives on the border of Algeria! Even was blessed to bring my one on one sound therapy “Biofield tuning” to Morocco and add a touch of vibration to the group.

Most of my sound baths these days are at the corporate level, in home sessions, and special events. Including the project “A Crescent Rose” that was released last year.

Still dreaming of playing above the clouds w @emilyschromm …

Had the pleasure of telling my story w @voyagelamag
Being able to bring the journey I’ve been on and hopefully inspire others to take that same leap keeps me going. I continue to evolve within the wellness space and expanding the work that I do.

Back in the saddle with mental health awareness month and WMG. My old stomping grounds. Always a pleasure to bring this work back to the music space. Being an advocate for mental heath and stress management. Showcasing techniques to work with both and educating on what is out there to regulate your nervous system which is essential. Thank you @akawillsmith for holding down the fort

Did a little thing last night @thrive_studiosla
Coming from the music industry my heart really does want to give back to my old family as much as I can. Reconnecting with old friends and hearing how the industry is ever changing. But now networking with a health and wellness approach. @mohiromoto and I got a few ex and current music pat’s together and offered an evening of breath, sound, and conversation. I truly hope this leads to collaborations, new friends, feeling like you’re not alone in the world of music.

Fingers crossed many more to come!

Back on the road again. Nashville looks good you they say. Go where the work takes you. Really starting to love this town, the southern hospitality, the music, the coffee shops. Some of my favorite kinds and places and people.

I will have a sub for my Unplug’s soundbath classes Sept 21 and Oct 4 for my regulars and newbies.

We are back at it. It’s been a long year of projects, traveling, coaching and teaching. I’ll have to start filling you all in on the happenings. Much love to @denmeditation for having me go into @netflix for a little reprieve from the day to day tasks.

I love going into to corporations and giving back this way. It’s not just about the session but the time I get to spend chatting about mental health. Discovering your own journey with meditation and nervous system resets. Build a better relationship with your own stress and how you can start. These are things I get to touch on that are difficult in the studio space.

Hopefully many more to come! Thankful and grateful for what I get to do ✨

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with the Art of Elysium for over ten years. It was something I started doing when after I had recovered from an accident that changed my own trajectory. I truly wanted to give back in a different way. With the wonderful guides from AOE they walk us from room to room in the hospice care facility and we play to whomever will listen. It’s not for the faint of heart. It puts a lot of things in perspective. It humbles you. It also brings a feeling of service to those who may need it. You never know who needs it. When or where. Just show up. And let the universe do the rest.

Much love and many thanks to @lesannculp @stefanieestes and Daniel

After many many years this Cello x Sound bath piece has finally hit the streets. The project is A Crescent Rose and the composed piece is called the Movement. Where classical meets meditation, my fellow creative Margaret and I started working on this back in 2020. It’s been a long time coming and so happy to share this with everyone.

I have always been about educating and bringing sound to the forefront as medicine. Being able to use the same instruments and collab with the cello to bring a story of emotions that really had no words, only feelings. So we put that in this piece…

Bringing sounds to the tents, in the woods, for the people to explore a different perspective. Gaining a different perspective can be powerful when stuck in a place. So find ways to see from outside the 📦
