I had been on podcasts before but this was the 1st time solo. This snippet covered the met police and my discourse with them. Over the last 12 months I've learned about the 4 layers of racism systemic, structural, interpersonal and internalised Only learning about the intersectionality of all these layers blew my mind.if you want to hear the whole interview head on over to the @portrait_of_a_londoner . #racismintheuk #rascism #the4layersofracism #growingupinhackney #blackbritishhistory #growingupinthe80s #insidiousracism #podcast #podcasts #podcastdon #portraitofalondoner

A brand is the set of expectations, memories, stories and relationships that, taken together, account for a consumer’s decision to choose one product or service over another. ~ Seth Godin #brandingdesign #brand #hoody #mindfulness #mindbubbles #mindbubblesproject #design #logo

Amazing to see how much the mindfulness session with @mindbubblesproject has helped our u18s adjust their approach this season leading to positive results on and off the court. Definitely a recommendation to any clubs out there that want to try something different. #PositiveMindSet #GoodVibes #PositiveEnergy #TeamWork

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Black Cultural Archives this week. It was another capacity Inspirational YOU. . . Each wellbeing event has been powerful and provided a much needed forum to talk about relationships and self care events hosted by @bpachampong . . Our speakers @donaldmbeutcha, @stephenismail, @skeppz André Skepple @mr oh and @oral_africa_care Vivian Frimpong all spoke so openly about self care and how parental and past relationships had shaped them into the persons they are today. . . Our attendees quickly opened up and the energy transformed 💓. The space to express and talk about what has influenced you is something that was echoed by all. We had a forum to heal, share and laugh and the feedback was consistent. We want more ☑️☑️☑️. . . We are all on a journey and the stories shared were heartfelt. We can be successful in our business or career, but that means very little if we are lonely or dealing with a full plate. We will continue in December. I wish each and everyone of you a peaceful, healthy and blessed #November. 🙏🏾❤️ #IYSelfcare . . Top & necklace @funkynchunky
