⚠️ Flash warning ⚠️

Something I cooked up after writing this piece. Thought I'd merge it with who inspired it: The King Of Pop himself. 👑🕊

What is love?

Maybe I'll know by the taste of your lips, the feel of your skin, the curve of your hips, the beat of your heart.

Longing. For You.

The feeling of loneliness can be pretty heavy when you're alone. Especially when you recall a past love you didn't want to let go of, but circumstances out of your hands drove you apart.

Where does the love that remains go? 🥀

The anguish of heartbreak is something all too familiar to me, and so I often find myself writing from it 🍷✍🏽

What would heartbreak taste like?
I found that the word "Sanguine" is often used in wine tasting, and one of it's definitions is "blood-red". It describes wine that resembles blood in colour and has iron flavors or aromas.

It also means to be optimistic in a bad or difficult situation.
