It’s only right to love on yourself even more for all the beautiful progression you have made 💚

You know I’m going to celebrate myself as it is our birthright to live in our joy & it is NATIONAL LATINA DAY. I am proud to be Puerto Rican & I wouldn’t have it any other way 🇵🇷.

You see growing up I didn’t have many around me that engaged life the way I do today and what a honor it is to have become exactly who I needed when I was younger. To be walking medicine for myself, my community, and my loved ones is something I don’t take lightly.

Believe it or not self-love did not come to me easily and yet this life long journey has taught me to love myself more than ever allowing this love to be shared with all of you.

You see we have two choices in this world. To allow this world to dictate our lives or to rise up from everything meant to destroy knowing we deserve the best this world has to offer us.

I pray you give yourself a chance of living your greatest timeline knowing with more love we can do hard things.

If you too are looking to love yourself more or searching for community I have a perfect opportunity just for you. This Sunday I will be having an in person Self-Love Workshop at my space in Rittenhouse.

This session will be a combination of community, meditation, journaling, Reiki, sound healing, motivational dialoguing and the best part is it is not breaking your pockets to show up for yourself.

I truly believe everyone deserves love and who better to give it to than ourselves.

When 3 modern day healers get together it is only right to pour into one another 🤲🏽🪽✨

I had the honor of holding space for these 2 amazing women allowing us the freedom to laugh, heal, and elevate together in a way that felt so safe to the soul.

What a honor it is to share space with others on the path of becoming our higher self. With others that understand what it means to live with authenticity, diligence, and love.

Join me for the last two Sundays (15th & 22nd) of the month for the love we all deserve most at 12:30PM in my space in Rittenhouse Square.

On the 15th, we will be focusing ourselves around everything that comes up for us during the holidays as we make anxiety jars to handle these times in a healthier way.

On the 22nd, we will be closing out the year pouring into ourselves and calling in our deepest desires or something better. We will be setting ourselves up for 2025 with creating our own prayer board.

Each session is a combination of community, meditation, journaling, express Reiki, motivational dialoguing, and a hands on activity to honor yourself unlike ever before.

I truly can’t wait to see all of you there as we end the year out with more love.
