Yeah… not me.

When I stepped off the porch, I stepped in some shit.

But once I found my footing, I made a promise to myself:
I would never let the world define me.

I stopped looking outside of myself for guidance
and started trusting my inner knowing.

What you see now is a pure reflection
of how God sees me.

And that’s exactly how I’ll continue to show up—
no matter how uncomfortable it gets,
no matter how lonely it may feel.

Today was Yoga, Talks & Tea. 🤎

We moved. We talked. We laughed. We shared space. We listened. We poured into each other.

It wasn’t about doing the perfect yoga pose or having all the answers. It was about slowing down enough to connect—with ourselves and with each other.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes we all need a space where we can simply be, breathe, share, and receive. 🧘🏾‍♀️🍵✨
