🌟 Coach Spotlight: Meet Coach Liam 🌟

With over 10 years’ experience across grassroots and elite sport, Liam has worked with everyone from aspiring juniors to Olympic sprinters, Premier League footballers, and professional boxers.

He brings the same passion to every session - helping athletes refine their mechanics, reduce injury risk, and unlock new levels of performance.

🏅 UK Athletics certified Athletics Coach
⚙️ Biomechanics & Movement Specialist
💪 Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach
🦶 Sports Massage Therapist

A 3-hour marathon runner himself, Liam competes across distances from 800m to marathon - practising what he preaches so he can better understand the challenges his athletes face.

He’s equally proud of his community work, improving accessibility to sport and health for underrepresented groups, and showing that sport really is for everyone.

✨ Fun fact: During tough training and endurance races, Liam does maths problems in his head to get through the hardest moments - keeping his mind as sharp as his stride.

📍 Coach Liam works 1:1 with runners in Leicester and surrounding areas.

What an eventful day yesterday @thesikhgames

Enjoyed meeting some great people and watched some good football on display. Great to see all the teams putting in the work and it filled me with pride to see the whole Sikh Community coming out and being part of the Games.
