The dream is real. But so is the work.

Everybody wants the freedom. The travel. The mornings without an alarm. The ability to live life on their own terms.

But very few are willing to become the person that lifestyle requires.

You can’t be delusional about your dreams and dishonest about your habits.

I’ve learned that success doesn’t care what you want. It responds to what you’re willing to do consistently.

As much as I hate celebrating my birthday. One thing I will always appreciate is the people on my corner!

60 days. No excuses. Just discipline. 🔥

The GFI Women’s Division is kicking off our 60 Day Mental Toughness Challenge. The mission is to push us physically, mentally, and personally to become 1% stronger every single day.

Ladies, this one’s for us 🤎 but the men are absolutely invited to lock in with us, too.

For the next 60 days:
✨ 2 workouts a day — 45 minutes each (1 indoor + 1 outdoor)
✨ Read 10 pages of a book daily
✨ Drink 1 gallon of water
✨ Clean diet
✨ 1 progress photo every day

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about keeping the promises you make to yourself, even on the days you don’t feel like it.
