Being a mom doesn’t mean setting aside your ambition. If anything, motherhood makes you value your time, your purpose, and what you’re building that much more. 💯

60 days. No excuses. Just discipline. 🔥

The GFI Women’s Division is kicking off our 60 Day Mental Toughness Challenge. The mission is to push us physically, mentally, and personally to become 1% stronger every single day.

Ladies, this one’s for us 🤎 but the men are absolutely invited to lock in with us, too.

For the next 60 days:
✨ 2 workouts a day — 45 minutes each (1 indoor + 1 outdoor)
✨ Read 10 pages of a book daily
✨ Drink 1 gallon of water
✨ Clean diet
✨ 1 progress photo every day

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about keeping the promises you make to yourself, even on the days you don’t feel like it.
