We’ve been a little quiet lately… mostly because we BOTH got sick and lost our voices. Turns out those are pretty essential for recording a podcast. 😂🎙️

But we’re ready to get a little spooky! 👻✨ We’re planning to drop our Halloween/ Samhain episode on Monday, October 26th! 🎃

Join us as we share personal stories of the unseen, spiritual encounters, and little ways we honor our loved ones who have passed on during Samhain. 🕯️🤍

Thank you for being patient while we rested our voices. 🙏🏼 We can’t wait to share these stories with you!

💫 Come get cosmic with us. 🌙

🌙🍂🎃✨ The Autumn Equinox is tomorrow… and so is Episode 1 of Keepin’ It Cosmic! 🎙️✨

In our very first episode, we’re sharing more about who we are, the life-changing experiences that sparked our spiritual awakenings, and the paths that ultimately brought us here. We’re also keeping things light with a fun game where we answer a few questions and share plenty of laughs along the way. (Bonus bloopers in the episode as well! 🤣)
Come along with us as we figure out this whole podcast thing together. 🎙️🫶🏼✨

A little cosmic, a little unfiltered, and a whole lot of soul. ✨ Welcome to Keepin’ It Cosmic Podcast! 🎙️

We’re Lizzie & Kayla, and we’re creating an open, grounded space to explore spirituality in all its forms — and how it shows up in real, everyday life.

Through honest conversations, personal experiences, different spiritual practices, and insights from fellow practitioners and entrepreneurs, we hope to inspire you to deepen your connection with yourself, explore what spirituality means to you, and step more fully into who you’re becoming.

From the inner world of the soul to the ways we express our magic outwardly, we’re here to build connection and community among like-minded souls. A place to get curious, feel seen, and grow together.

About last night!! What an amazing evening!!

Delicious spread by @braxeerutter, mini foot zones by @tammyandersonward, the power of… suction 😏 demonstrated by @aligneddesire, @aubreedella is an incredible photog that is also UNO Master and out of the 10 hands we played I lost all of them!!

@themoonstonemedium is such a sweetheart and she was busy doing readings all night, I didn’t video her working her magic but everyone left her table with insight, love, and light. 💖

Finished the evening with a classic sleepover where we talked and laughed and went to bed way too late 🥰 🥱

My heart is full and I’m so incredibly blessed to call these ladies my friends 🥹

Also! Check out her page, she does readings and she’s just seriously the best!! 🫶🏼 @the.moonstone.mystique
