✨Collective Weekly Energy Read: 10/12-10/18✨

🧑‍🧒 INNER CHILD 🧑‍🧒

This is the card of self-acceptance. You are ready to embrace and acknowledge your inner child, that part of you that is still delighted by the world, the person you were before disappointment and setbacks hardened your heart and perhaps made you a little cynical. Childhood heartache triggered the wounding process, and this is where you created certain beliefs to help you cope with a life that was less than perfect. These beliefs can manifest as low self-esteem, feeling unlovable, approval-seeking behaviours and an inability to say No.
What your inner child needs is self-care and love.
Approve of yourself, trust yourself and allow yourself to fully feel every emotion without trying to suppress it.
Be creative and play, try new things and, most of all, feel safe. A healthy dialogue between your inner child and adult self means you can ask for what you need without fear of anger or disapproval, and that you set and maintain loving boundaries with others and give yourself permission to rest and practise self-care.

💫 This was a long one, but felt an emphasis for a lot of people on this. And the wisdom card always fits so well. Sending you and your inner child lots of love. 🫶🏼✨

In honor of National Daughters Day… 😂
I know I’m a damn good mother. My little girl is my whole entire world and I would do anything for that cutie. ❤️‍🔥 She brings so much light to my life. 🥹
I’m allowed to share my experience too. I’m grateful for what I’ve learned and proud of the mother I choose to be every single day.

Hi beautiful souls! 💫 Since I skipped the weekly energy read again (🙈) because I was focused on getting our first podcast episode out, let’s do a fun little ChatGPT game! ✨
I want to see yours in the comments!! 🤩

📲 Here’s the prompt to use:

“Give my personality a mascot using what you know about me and the uploaded photo for my appearance, invent a funny cartoon mascot that represents my personality. Feature a glamorous cartoon version of me posing beside the mascot as if we are an iconic duo. The mascot can be an animal, creature, object, or completely imaginary character. Give it one small accessory or detail that connects it to me. Add its name and one short tagline explaining its energy. Keep everything else minimal. White background, clean composition, polished colorful cartoon artwork. Do not ask me what the mascot should be. You decide.”

Sometimes Spirit sends a symbol with layers. 💫

A bridge can represent transition, connection, moving forward, entering a portal, or crossing from one chapter into another.
But during this reading, the message became even more powerful. At the EXACT time I was being shown a bridge, she was in San Francisco visiting the Golden Gate Bridge. 🤯 And it’s like they gave me a little preview a month and a half in advance without me truly understanding the meaning at the time. 🌉

Divine timing has a way of turning a symbol into confirmation. 🙌🏼

If something keeps appearing in your life, pause and ask: What does this mean to me, and what might Spirit be trying to help me notice? ✨ An image, animal, number, or place — don’t immediately dismiss it. Get curious. Notice what was happening when it appeared and what it personally represents to you.

There is no “behind” when you’re walking a path that was created specifically for you. 🤍✨
Release the comparison. Your timing is your own. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be. 💫

I took a vacation day, not to catch up on work, run errands, or take care of anyone else… but simply to spend the day alone and do whatever made me feel like myself again. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Nothing extravagant. Just a quiet little reset and a reminder that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish. 💫

✨Collective Weekly Energy Read: 9/7-9/13✨

🦊🦋PRACTICE CURIOSITY🦋🦊

In painful times, in happy times, in sad, confusing and lonely times, choose curiosity over judgment.
When you judge a situation, you shrink to fit the proportions of criticism. When you remain curious about what’s happening and why, what the motives are and what the hidden factors may be, you open a space for peace and possibility. Judgment is a prison. Curiosity is an adventure. Now is the time to choose the attitude that will create the most freedom and space for you to move forward.

💫 I love the wisdom card up top! I’m getting a message of paying attention to different events that create different emotions within you. Instead of judging, seek to understand. Get curious about it! 🥰
