We think hard work and excellence will deliver us the sense of self love, satisfaction, and success we crave, only to find we’ve becoming bottomless pits of never enoughnness, trained so well to continually push we don’t know how to stop.

We don’t know when we’ve done enough.
We don’t know how to say no.
We don’t know how to be, only do.

And we’re exhausted.

Every woman at this retreat has big, audacious dreams for her life. She is saying YES to making the dreams a reality. When we do this, we ask the Universe to give us everything we need to accomplish it. And 99.9% of the time, what we need looks nothing like what we expect.

We have to face and heal the disempowered parts of ourselves before we can touch our full power.

We have to feel pain to increase our capacity for joy.

We have to be honest to find truth.

And truth will set you free.

So much more to come. But for now, ask yourself this “what pain am I avoiding and how is the Universe trying to get me to pay attention?”

Then pay attention momma. The path forward is right through that pain.

My community makes me feel so electric.

Blame it on my neon stilettos in gritty Wyoming.

But, I had this moment today where I stopped, closed my eyes and let this magical, overwhelming thought pour over me. Cheesy… I know.

I freakin’ love that everything I’ve endured, and all of its beautiful, messy matter, has led me here.

Currently my days embody extreme highs (and every now and again extreme lows). Yet, constant love and belonging. And I’ve never felt steadier.

Here’s to the women who have chosen to link arms with me. To the creative founders who have acted as sexy, business therapists, the babes in my community who remind me what it feels like to be alive and my best friends who always give me something to come home to.

I love you so damn much. This is it xx
