Like damn girl can you just give yourself a break sometimes? Let yourself ENJOY your days & not just make it an endless to-do list.

You don’t have to prove your worth in your productivity babe.

& you’re allowed to feel like AN ADULT WOMAN outside of motherhood. You don’t have to let motherhood consume ANDDD that doesn’t make you a bad mom or that you love your kids any less 🙄 like isn’t it ridiculous that I have to say that but for women ITS TRUUUEEEE. We feel GUILTY for not being in MOM MODE all the time like that’s our SOLE PURPOSE.

Now go put some music on babe. Close your eyes. Don’t perform. Just let your body lead. Don’t overthink it. Don’t worry about what you look like. Just ENJOY YOURSELF 🫡 that’s an order by @themossbabe
