What an amazing seminar and immersion week, and we still have one more day! 🔥

A few clips and beautiful moments with the passionate coaches who showed up to learn, explore, and better understand how the body works, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We’ve been exploring how to use physical intensity intentionally to help regulate the nervous system, and how to turn that understanding into practical coaching tools.

Up next: MOVED Level 1 Intensive.

Hosted online, with 7 hours of live contact time to break down the main principles, give you clear, practical homework, and help you work through wherever you get stuck.

The goal? Help you bring more value as a coach and approach complex problems with simple solutions.

Like, follow, and drop a comment to support the coaches putting in the work. 🙌

BECOME A BETTER COACH

A coach’s job is not to force someone into a method. It is to understand what the person in front of them needs and build from there. And that is exactly the kind of coach he is.

🤗 Meet Rik Remmelzwaal, a Head Coach based in Wormer, The Netherlands. His work includes Strength & Conditioning, Nervous System Regulation & Breathwork, Elite/Pro Athlete Training, and Personal Training.

His coaching philosophy is rooted in intuition, observation, and understanding the individual in front of him. He meets people where they are, then builds from that point toward greater stability, capacity, and confidence.

For coaches, it is a reminder that effective coaching starts with seeing the person clearly. Pay attention to how they move, how they respond, and what they are capable of today, then build from that point with intention.

Raffie is weer blij 😍🤩

Hele fijne plek✨
Doet me terugdenken aan m’n calisthenics & movement tijd. Nu weer met de juiste begeleiding weer back in my own game komen.
