Save this for a big sweat 🦍

Format: Ladder down (10/8/6/4/2) 5 exercises
• Double hand cleans
• Double hand squats
• Double reps for KB swings
• Double reps for Lateral kicks
• Double reps for Chinnies

Example:
10 dbl hand cleans > 10 goblet squats > 20 swings > 20 lateral kicks > 20 chinnies

8/8/16/16, etc.

Time cap: 16-20mins (level/ chosen weight-dependent)

For anyone who knows me, you’ll know this shape is a massive win.

If you’re new here:
Having had back, hip, wrist and shoulder surgery (rugby) - a version of a backbend was something that seemed impossible, as I’ve always hated any extension, let alone being restricted by general pain.

@themovemethod_ and my own discipline towards mobility (and becoming obsessed with the mechanics of how different people move) has not just extinguished my pain but amplified my coaching capabilities to a new level.
