𓅯👶🏻🎭SHE Proudly Presents: A Baby Show! Featuring: Act I - Babyjam, and Act II - Babyret!

Saturday was a spectacular, magical night of memories as we performed our hearts out to raise funds for @supportkind (KIND—”Kids in Need of Defense”). It’s difficult to put into words how meaningful it is that so many folks—all-star cast, volunteers, crew, audience—willingly volunteered their time, donations, and Saturday nights to support this cause, experience my crazy show idea, and celebrate a new chapter in the process. I’m so forking grateful.🍴

SHEPP raised $1,386.50 for KIND through ABS. This show solidified that the vision of SHEPP is no longer a vision: we’re creating art, funding humanity, and in doing so, amplifying the message that the violation of human rights—especially by those in office–will not be tolerated.

And it doesn’t end there! Time to get out and continue the work to protect those human rights by educating ourselves and voting in the midterm elections. More on that later. 💓

Its been just over 2 weeks since our Desert Dreams Retreat in Joshua Tree CA. 🥹✨

Looking back at the footage from past retreats always makes me a little emotional. Remembering the fun moments and the moments of vulnerability. ❤️

Curating these containers for reflection, connection, and expression has been such a rewarding journey. I knew from day one that i wanted these retreats to not only provide a space for healing but most importantly for JOY!🥹

Hearing the feedback from past attendees and repeat attendees is always so special and it affirms my desire to continue to create these safe spaces for women of color no matter what stage of life they are in. And we are just getting started!!!

If you feel like you are ready to pour into your body, mind, spirit in a supportive environment surrounded by other like minded femmes, join us!!!

Treating the Whole Human with Eutimia Cruz Montoya is A Full Day Intensive for Practicing Healers

Have you ever left a massage feeling lopsided?

Or a therapy session feeling open, vulnerable and without closure or next steps?

Are you devoted to being a life-long-learner?

Do you want tools that are immediately accessible and effective to offer the most optimal outcomes for your patients and clients?

Are you a person who works with all the manifestations of human healing (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical)?

Do you want to be?

Are you an ancestral healer, energy worker, acupuncturist, massage therapist, reiki practitioner, birthworker, postpartum healer or the like?

Do you practice any modality where you touch your clients, and also understand the importance of psycho-spiritual-emotional integration for their whole human healing?

Have you been in your practice for less than a decade and are ready to uplevel your game from ‘baby witch’ to ‘badass bitch?’

Then this healing intensive is for you!!

We will practice our voice + sight to set a sacred container.

We will learn about whole body alignment techniques that are paramount in whole human healing.

We will learn and practice yin and yang diagnostics.

We will consume, consider and review whole, healing foods that create a healing environment within our and our clients’ bodies.

We will connect in sacred circle, finding the support we need for this dedicated work that can, at times, be a heavy lift.

THE LEENK IS IN THE BYE-O!

If you want a FREE HANDS-ON TREATMENT from me, and feel comfortable being a demo for this class, email me, subject line: demo and we’ll see if you’re a good fit! Eutimia@gmail.com

Blessings Beauties!

Sometimes all you need is just…

A little movement.

🔮 Sound bath
💃🏽 Sensuality dance
🎤 Vocal release workshop
🌵 Desert magic + intentional rest

Maybe this is your sign.
