Hi, I’m Dane! 👋🏽 Thanks for being here!

I recently had an increase in new followers (thanks to a reel I shared about postpartum meals I cook for my clients) so please allow me to re-introduce myself to those who may not be familiar with me and my life’s work.

This page began around 2015 as a resource for my doula business Ma Mi Amor Birth (the real ones know!). I decided to update to TheMultidimensionalMami because I was tired of compartmentalizing my gifts and the many roles and titles I carry. I wanted this space to be a place I could show up unapologetically as myself; the good, the bad, the ugly.

What makes my work impactful and important is my ability to share vulnerably and transparently, not just the soft shiny parts of my life, but the hard times, the struggles, and the celebrations!

My goals here is to lead by example, to share what has worked for me in my journey through self-love, and self-actualization, and to support others in their growth.

I’m still riding the high from the @senoracalzones retreat last weekend!

I’m so happy to have made so many new friends and deepened relationships with old friends! Taking time to unplug, be in nature, and rest without the pressure of having to perform was all I needed to return home with a full cup again!

Thank you @senoracalzones for inviting me to facilitate my vocal liberation workshop, Desert Roar! We did some powerful work together!

This month marks 6 years since I gave birth via surrogacy. 😭

This birth anniversary is not just a celebration of this little baby’s life that I helped bring earth side, but also a reclamation of the passion that was instilled in me for postpartum care as a recipient and beneficiary of it!

Because of my amazing postpartum support team, I was able to fully immerse myself in 40 days of laying in and healing during the ritual cuarentena. Me and my daughter who was 8 at the time, were cared for, cooked for, and wrapped in a veil of gentleness and love as we transitioned from this very intense situation, surrogacy.

This month I will be sharing more about my surrogate birth story and how it changed me and the way I work with birthing families! 🤰🏽
