“You only fail when you stop trying, little steps lead to bigger things, take it step by step and don’t rush the process” ✨

Vault with @ellesense1to1training ✨

Lillie loves her 1-1 sessions with Maisie! Watching her gain confidence and seeing their relationship grow is so nice to see! 🥰

If you thinking of a 1-1 @ellesense1to1training is perfect! Maisie is the kindest and helps each gymnast in a unique way! Trust me if you do one session you’ll defiantly want to go back! 🤩

Lillie had an affirmation card at the end of her session and she thinks it’s so special and want to out it somewhere safe 🥹♥️

Head over to their page and check out the workshops running through October half term! 👻

Some fun on bars at free play this afternoon with her brother, sister + gym friends, it was also lush to bump into some of Lillie’s old gym girlies to! 🤸‍♀️✨

This girl has no fear 👀 especially with a pit beneath! 🤣

Watch until the end to see her epic straddle shoot fail - it was her first one and it didn’t phase her in the slightest, she still tried again then asked if she could do a squat on off high bar 😩 absolulty NOT 😂

Leaps & bars with coach Maisie wearing @dragonflyleotards 🤸‍♀️✨ LILLIE5 - DC ✨

Lillie had a fab 1:1 session this morning with @ellesense1to1training 💪🏼🤩

Does your gymnast want extra support with a skill? Do they want to build their confidence? Are they struggling with something that just doesn’t seem to click? Having that individual time gives a coach and gymnast more time to work with each other, you could spend a whole session on something in particular if you wanted or needed to! ✨

Such a fun session today and she can’t wait for the next 😁

@ellesense1to1training is all about being able to offer that extra support and guidance to your gymnasts along side their current journey 🥰

2nd time meeting @rubygrace89 🤩 Lillie had the best time today at the @rubygrace89 exclusive training session at gym 🥰

She was even more thrilled when she received a sticker from her for her great bar work 💪🏼

Lillie’s favourite part was telling Ruby “I watch you on Tiktok” (she meant Instagram) + @rubygrace89 replied “I watched you to” 🥹

What a great opportunity for the gymnasts today! They were all so excited and looked like they had the best time! Massive thank you Ruby! 🥰

So proud of Lillie for wanting to get up and complete considering she only had 4 sessions to learn her routines! It’s not about perfect, it’s about being brave, standing tall + showing up anyway! 🥰 Every competition is experience and we are beyond proud of you Lillie! ❤️

She hasn’t been very well through the night and is all bunged up this morning but she still wants to compete and is super excited! Got medicine at the ready! ✨

First the foundations and then the flips 🤸‍♀️✨

When it comes to gymnastics basics are so important! Yes they can be boring and repetitive but these small steps lead to big wins! Master the basics and the rest will come, you just have to trust the process 🤩

First week back at training and Lillie got her flick on fast track 🤸‍♀️🥰
