@themvmtlab_gym takes on #truchallenge2026 😤💪🙌 So proud of all our amazing athletes who showed up and pushed themselves. It was incredible to see how this community shows up for one another! Thank you to @l.c._squared for being my workout partner, and a huge thanks to @redemptionbarbell for hosting!

A great shirt can say a lot about a business.

It’s not just the design.
It’s the idea, the people, and the community behind it.

That’s what we enjoy most about working with local businesses like @themvmtlab_gym — listening, creating together, and turning an idea into something that truly represents them.

Made local. Made together. Made in Denton. 🤝

Some of the most dedicated members of our community are in their late 70s and make our 8:30 a.m. class part of their regular routine.

Still getting stronger and learning new skills.

We believe MVMT is for everyone.

CrossFit Open 1st Masters Workout!!! So I went RX: 14# Medicine Ball to a 9’ target and 20” Box Step-overs. Completed 20 wall-ball shots, 18 box step-overs, 30 wall-ball shots, 18 box jump-overs, 22 wall-ball shots before the buzzer at 12 mins. My wonderful cheering squad was Linda & Ed Hall and MVMT Lab coach Brock. I was exhausted at the end but so much fun!

Had an incredible time at Wellness Expo 2.0 at The Fort Pickleball Center! Connected with some amazing fitness pros, took a couple of cold plunges, and hit the sauna for that next-level recovery. Big thanks to Dr. Casey from The MVMT Lab for the top-tier body work, and shoutout to Athlon Rub for letting me experience the performance and recovery boost from All Sports Rub. Feeling recharged and inspired! #WellnessExpo #TheFort #RecoveryGameStrong

Thanks @themvmtlab_gym for helping me actually enjoy going to the gym🤘
And big thanks to @kevika.rustagi for convincing me to join in the first place😅
