I spent two decades figuring out how to communicate with authority on stage, on camera, and in content that actually moves people.

Ryan Magin spent three years filming me do it…and building the system behind why it works.

Now we’re teaching it in one room.
The Authority Accelerator.
May 7–8. St. Petersburg, FL. 20 seats.

If you’re an expert who is tired of being the best kept secret in your space, this is the room that changes that.
Link in bio. Seats are limited and we mean it.

This might have been one of the more science driven talks I’ve done.

Which says a lot about the level of knowledge in the community @willnelson_coach_ has built.

I spoke on something that completely changes a coach’s ability to get results: actually understanding bloodwork. Knowing how to connect the dots and use those markers to guide program design, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle decisions.

When you do that, everything accelerates.

Fat loss moves faster, muscle gain becomes more predictable, energy and cognition improve.

Clients become happier.

And as anyone who works with high performing men knows , speed matters.

These guys don’t want to spend 2 years guessing their way to results when the data can tell you exactly what’s going on under the hood.

Being on stage always feels like home for me. I remember going to my first seminar in 2004 and being completely obsessed with learning. Sitting in the crowd, soaking up every bit of knowledge from people who had already walked the path.

Somewhere along the way the roles flipped.

Now I’m the veteran in the room. The one sharing two decades of mistakes, lessons, and pattern recognition with the next generation of coaches. And honestly, there’s nothing I enjoy more.

Men’s health was ignored for decades. That’s the truth. But looking around that room this weekend, the future looks very different. There are a lot of smart coaches who genuinely care about helping men show up stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.

And as long as men keep ignoring their labs, their sleep, their stress, and their waistlines…there will never be a shortage of me handing out squishy dicks.

It’s also exactly why @imdavelee and I are building a Men’s Health Certification for fitness professionals.

Long overdue. Highly needed.

And something coaches have been asking for for years.

It’s time.

We will be building the interest list this week, if you don’t want to miss out, comment or DM “CERT”.

Jim and I have been friends since 2010, coming up through the same strength and conditioning circles, mainly the golf fitness world.

When Silverback was born 5 years ago and Jim came on board, I basically told him to get in the car. No roadmap or guarantees. Just trust the vision and go. (we constantly send memes of jumping in cars now)

There are moments in business where titles stop mattering and character becomes the only thing that counts.

The last few months tested Silverback in ways most people will never see from the outside. Pressure exposes everything: systems, leadership, loyalty, intent.

And this is where Jim showed exactly who he is.

He didn’t step up because it was convenient.
He stepped up because the mission mattered. He has lived and breathed this brand at the same level I have from day one. Wears his hoodie everywhere.

He absorbed responsibility without hesitation. Took ownership where others would distance themselves, + calmly when things were uncertain. Protected the standard of what we’ve built while helping stabilize the people inside it.

That’s leadership.

If you know Jim, ego is the last word you’d use to describe him. Drama isn’t far behind it.

He’s not someone who talks about himself, so I will. Gladly. Because he’s earned it.

Consistent, reliable, and doesn’t ask questions he just shows up when needed.

Silverback was never meant to be one person. It was built to be a collective of people who genuinely care about outcomes …for the team and for the men we serve.

Jim has proven himself not just as a coach, but as a true partner in this company.

Also my dogs love him. And I’ve learned over time never to fully trust someone even golden retrievers don’t like.

Grateful to have someone in the trenches who leads from the front and carries weight without needing recognition.

That kind of leadership, and friendship….is rare.

Grateful for you, bro… even if you just sat there watching when I started choking about 30 seconds after this photo. 🩷

I know, dude.
You’ve been at war with this f*cking gut for years.

You’ve done keto.
You’ve done 16:8 fasting.
You’ve done the “just eat less and move more” bullshit.
You’ve dropped 10–15 lbs, felt like a king for a minute… then watched it all crawl right back on like it owns you.

You can close the deal.
You can wear the watch.
You can drive the car.

But if your belly arrives first, you’re paying an invisible tax on every negotiation, every partnership, every dollar you should be stacking.

You’re not lazy.
You’re not weak.
You’re just fighting a stacked deck — hormones, age, metabolism that no amount of willpower has been able to outrun.
This isn’t about getting shredded like some Instagram clown.

Fair or not, the second you walk in, they’re already judging:
Sloppy body = sloppy standards.
Soft midsection = soft decisions.
Unmanaged body = unmanaged empire.

And unmanaged men don’t close at the highest level.

This is one of the only advantages in life you can actually control.
Most high performers know this sh*t matters.
Almost none of them do anything about it.

If you’re done letting your gut sabotage your credibility and your cash…
DM me the word DONE.

I’ll show you exactly what’s keeping it alive and how we nuke it permanently.
